To do: - Compile a list of team members that needs onboarding - Set up grouped or individual meetings #### Silent documentation: What support do you need? (example: presentation, TrC ) - DI: I think that the onboarding document is really helpfull. If the team manager goes through that with the new emploee, it may not be needed to go through a separate meeting for training only. But is it important to identify if the new employee has a strong interest in teaching (or is expected to), in which case one may have a separate discussion, possibly as part of a larger group meeting. Having said that, it may be useful to have a presentation to point to as well, as the onboarding doc is more of "checklist", but does not provide a clear relating among different teams/entities. - Some visual support for explaining the different roles in NBIS training - who does what? ## Annotation of the Training presentation (continued) Collaboratively creating/designing a mini-presentation about NBIS to be included in all courses (a subset of NBIS standard presentation) link to slides : https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1iqkGZcQQW2ih0ksa4-DxoITAFU88l7Ry/edit?usp=share_link&ouid=100148666765873083737&rtpof=true&sd=true ## AOB - NBIS training meeting Q4 Quite low number of participants May 8th, reflections on why? --- ## Wrap-up & Communications * ### What to BRING BACK to your team? * [Train the Trainer course](https://www.scilifelab.se/event/elixir-goblet-train-the-trainer/) * * ### What to CATCH from your team? * List of new members since the reorganisation (who should be onboarded) --- ## Next meeting: 19th of June, 13:00-15:00 - Reflect about how we want to work together moving forward - Summary of what we did this spring
