If yes, which one? Add Question: What topics/courses would you be interested in besides the ones already offered? Add Q: Are you interested in an advanced level of this course? Add Question: Would you have preferred the course to be online, onsite, shorter, longer? Please click all relevant choices Add Question: Did you have any problems accessing the course materials (canvas, github etc) after the course? Add an answer to a question "Attending the training event led to": registration/attendance to an advanced level of the topic Add question: How do you find out the course. <-- check in STF For the question “Are you now able to use the tool(s)/resource(s) covered in the training ?” Add an option, e.g. “With the help of AI tools” Check this question in STF: Is the course up to the level or standard that you expect? In Section 3 of 4: the sentence “After the course” is unclear, we need to specify, otherwise it will be diffciult to answer For the question “Are you now able to use the tool(s)/resource(s) covered in the training ?” Probably add an option, e.g. “With the help of AI tools” Probably add a question about how the trainnees find out the course, e.g. How did you find out about this course? - Supervisor - Colleague/Friend recommendation - Email from the organization - Social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) - etc [Richel, I was absent during the meeting, here are my post-meeting ideas] What I miss is that we define a goal of the LTF first: after that, the questions will follow :-) My suggested goal of the LFT would be: the help course leaders shape their course based on what former learners remember and actually use. From that it follows that there are few questions needed. I would prefer the LTF to only have questions that are used in [a teacher reflection](https://github.com/richelbilderbeek/teaching?tab=readme-ov-file#reflections-i-wrote)), not an administrative monster. I suggest the text and form below, where the results will be published publicly: > The goal of this anonymous survey is to find out how useful our courses have been, when thinking about these after some time. Were they indeed as useful as they seemed back then? What are your ideas on the course now? > To make sure your time is well spent, the results of this survey will be published as-is at [URL]. This only works when no personal details are put in. Do mention teachers by name, if needed! Course name|Feedback -----------|----------------------------------------------------------- Course 1 |. Course 2 |. etc. |. [End of Richel's ideas] --- ## AOB --- ## Wrap-up & Communications * ### What to BRING BACK to your team? * Help advertise [Population Genomics in Practice](https://uppsala.instructure.com/courses/101465) and [Biostatistics and Machine Learning II](https://uppsala.instructure.com/courses/102428) * Reminder to course leaders: It's time to set dates and book localities for spring courses.
