## Include and exclude tokens support Requirement - Support for always include tokens - When a user gives tokens as **always include** those tokens will be always included when he creates a collection. - Support for marking an token for **exclusion**, similar to the below image. ![Screenshot from 2019-09-04 12-47-20](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/44389226/64235622-5e4f5b80-cf16-11e9-8575-03c98ce97418.png) - These reports for exclusion will be montiored by a superuser. Only when the superuser approves the token to be excluded then only it will be excluded. ( Need new UI for this page) - Support for invalid tokens - When an user gives some tokens as **invalid** than those tokens will not be considered when the collection is getting created.
