Dear Collogues, Today we will roll out the latest changes to GRAMMS, please let us know if you have any feedback. # GoI requisition's receipts (trucks) confirmation ### New button `Confirm receipt (GoI)` in the vendor requisition details (receipts section) A new button has been added for the GoI role only called the `Confirm receipt (GoI)`, allowing the GoI user to confirm the receipt (truck) material quantities that entered the Gaza strip. ![](https://i.imgur.com/WatlZ5S.png) ### When clicking the new button, receipt materials should appear in a new popup window The quantities came by default from the receipt materials, the user can enter the confirmed numbers. ![](https://i.imgur.com/2GmxpfO.png) In the previous screenshot, the truck contains `5 (kg)` of the material `dual-use material name`, and the GoI confirms that `4(kg)` entered the Gaza strip. The imported materials should be changed to be `4(kg)` as shown in the following screenshot ![](https://i.imgur.com/b37kITv.png) and the contractor inventory adjusted automatically.
