## Monthly monitoring quality reports

### View and filter monitoring quality reports
Monitoring supervisors users can view the monitoring quality reports from the `Report` top menu, as seen in the following screenshot.


### Create a new quality report item
From the `Create` button, the supervisor can add a new report item by determining the context type, context source, date of visit, and the visit result (pass or failed) as seen in the following screenshot.


### Export the report as PDF or excel file
After adding the report item, the supervisor can export the report as PDF or excel file, see the following screenshot.

## Refactoring `Suspected scam project` feature


### Mark as `Suspected scam project` internally in internal surveys

When the monitor or supervisor marks the LSP as suspected scam from an internal survey, this change will affect the internal survey which is visible only for the PMU monitoring team.
