Hello everyone, I’m Mirai. If you read my post last year, “[BooGooTEAM CooMIC 2 - Exhibition Review](https://hackmd.io/@Mirai/BooGooTEAM_CooMIC2_en)”, you’ll know that on 5/31 this year, BooGooTEAM officially held “CooMIC 3”. “[DIYGM](https://www.facebook.com/DIYGM/)” once again provided indie and female‑oriented game creators with an opportunity to exhibit. This time I applied under the name “[Rabbit Tea Party](https://twitter.com/RabbitTeaPartyA)” and had my brother help me run the booth.
Next, based on what my brother told me after the event, I’ll briefly introduce our pre‑exhibition preparations and the process of the day. I’ll also explain why I applied under “Rabbit Tea Party.”
First, around November 5 last year, BooGooTEAM officially announced on major social media that “CooMIC 3” would be held on May 31 this year.

When I saw “DIY GAME Only” in the event announcement, my heart fluttered. But at that time I hesitated whether to pay the 1,600 TWD booth fee for 5/31 “CooMIC 3” or join the free “Bahamut Anniversary Party” board game zone.

Later, two of my brother’s friends kindly offered to sponsor the 1,600 TWD booth fee, allowing us to participate in “CooMIC 3.” As for using “Rabbit Tea Party” as the exhibiting name, it was encouraged by the “[NekoGakuen](https://twitter.com/nekogakuen)” leader. They suggested it would raise awareness of my newly founded “Rabbit Tea Party” and strengthen my identity as a creator.
After that, around February 19 the group registrations opened, and I applied for a booth through the form provided by “DIYGM”. Then we waited for the official list of participating circles to be announced in early April.

By the way, this year I developed mini‑games based on three individual Vtubers from the “[MIX](https://twitter.com/MixMimimix)” Vtuber circle, with their prior consent:
February 22: 2nd Anniversary Mini Game for "[Rika](https://twitter.com/RikaAntique)" – "[Rika and the Midnight Train](https://miraisosad.itch.io/rika99-and-midnight-train)"
March 13: 4th Anniversary Mini Game for "[Onizuka Mika](https://twitter.com/onizukamika)" – "[Mika and Spooky Manor Exorcism Case](https://miraisosad.itch.io/mika-and-spooky-manor-exorcism-case)"
May 12: 2nd Anniversary Mini Game for "[Inami Yuzuki](https://twitter.com/Inami_Yuzuki)" – "[Inami and Jellyfish Cannot Drift in Dreams](https://miraisosad.itch.io/inami-and-jellyfish-cannot-drift-in-dreams)"
I plan to continue with games for "[Hoshihana Runana](https://twitter.com/runanakawaii)" and "[Onizuka Natsumi](https://twitter.com/onizukanatsumi)".
Since I applied as Rabbit Tea Party, I was able to exhibit the three MIX‑based mini‑games, located at booth “Z03.”
To that end, we prepared a lot: new Rabbit Tea Party business cards, small display cards, and DM flyers for the three MIX mini‑games. And BooGooTEAM again provided “badge paper” so people could make badges on site.

We commissioned [Ms.Via](https://twitter.com/Viathanxz) to draw badge artwork: pajamas badges for “NekoGakuen” and badges for the MIX members. Although we missed the submission deadline for the official badge paper, BooGooTEAM said handmade copies were allowed. Here are the badge‑paper designs we made:

In the weeks before, we prepared the playable versions of the games, regular SNS posts, a Steam Deck for players to use, postcards, business cards, a message notebook for visitor comments, and some display goods.

We also had mysterious little helper “[Yukishiro Yuki](https://twitter.com/YukishiroYukiQQ)” assisting with the merch prep.

However, the headphones “Yukishiro Yuki” brought to the table were hardly used during the event.

Then my brother also hired an “elf” (assistant) found online to help manage the booth in shifts.
On the evening of May 30, I attended the “[Not Serious Indie game Adventurer Fattening Gathering](https://www.facebook.com/groups/186117435377067/)” and received many useful suggestions from game developers on improving the games.
The next morning, my brother and the elf met at the Flower Expo Pavilion in Huaboru at around 9 AM, then started setting up the booth.

After setting up, my brother made a few badges before opening—even though he broke two at first. Each badge cost 20 TWD to produce.

Next, my brother exchanged badges with the owner “KO” at the “[AirBoost Airship Knight](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2325390/AirBoost/?l=english)” booth, and “CHAyE” at “[CANDY HOUSE in the DARK FOREST](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1788060/_/?l=english),” and gifted a badge to “貘貘耕耘”. He also personally delivered the thank‑you letter I wrote to DIYGM.
Then he chatted briefly about indie games with the elf “[Mr.fuya](https://www.threads.com/@mr.fuya)” at booth Z05 “詭寓”. Visitors started arriving steadily from 10:30 AM, though the morning remained relatively calm.
The DIYGM stamp rally encouraged visitors to collect nine stamps for a prize drawing; all booths including mine (and my brother) provided stamps.

After lunch, my brother and elf became busy. The turnout was higher than last year, with a noticeable female majority.
At our booth, we offered small “NekoGakuen” mini gifts for those who played the games.

For badge‑paper distribution, we offered one for free upon writing in the notebook. There were two types: “NekoGakuen” and “MIX,” each requiring separate entries. While originally we gave stamps only for gameplay, we adjusted to give stamps for either gameplay or notebook entry to save visitors’ time.

In the afternoon, people could play relaxing games (Animal Gacha, MatthiolaReverieVerse: Rabbit Plate) or the three MIX mini‑games listed on the DM flyers. Via‑sensei’s friend “[Kii](https://twitter.com/AmachAndromeda)” and the two friends who sponsored the 1,600 TWD also came to support us with snacks—much appreciated!
Around 3 PM, DIYGM announced that badge production would open to those without reservation tokens. My brother queued in a long line and finally received the badge from “CANDY HOUSE in the DARK FOREST.”
At 4 PM, the event ended, and my brother and assistants began packing up and heading home. Back home, my brother collapsed in bed with a sore back and waist. Finally, I’m sharing photos of the goodies he brought home:
