--- tags: inkscape, coolors, poster design --- # Quick guide for importing a coolors palette [Coolors](https://coolors.co) is a great website that allows you to interactively create a beautiful and colourblind friendly colour palette for your project. Here's a quick step by step guide to exporting a palette and importing it into Inkscape. 1. Go to [Coolors](https://coolors.co) and create a palette: ![](https://i.imgur.com/qruM4bK.png) 2. Click the 'Export' button up in the top right: ![](https://i.imgur.com/zPCKOMu.png) 3. You should be presented with options (see below), select 'SVG': ![](https://i.imgur.com/UPA9Ktr.png) 4. Save the palette file (svg) to your computer. 5. In Inkscape got to the 'File' menu and select 'import'.
