**Secure the grant from MC + DH -** proposal is already up in UberHAUS forum, need to send it to MC forum and create on chain proposals for $2,500 each (or should we go for $5k each?)

use MC guide flow we built as MX funnel (ticket bot)

**MC + DH are technically first sponsors**

**Secure more sponsors / grants (for program ops, not the MX participants)**

- MGD - grants and diversity (female contributors)
- ETHDenver - throw a side event?
- IPFS / Protocol Labs in the future - objective is to get the message out on the decentralised web & for folks to build on IPFS

**Branding**

**Miscellaneous**
- [ ] Put up on-chain proposal to request actual funding
- [x] Discuss: We should do an event to launch MX during Eth Denver
- IRL/hyper-local sourcing of ideas could be really limited in quality & quantity
- We're keeping Discord funnel open. Events will most likely be for promotion at the start
- Strong hubs vs newer cities - different focuses
- Do we have a thematic focus? Or open for all? (e.g. Startups coming out of Seedclub are very community-focused (networks, DAOs, etc.))
- Everything focused on community/DAOs on Ethereum ecosystem
- Our value-add: Onboard community & teach them how to build community around their products
