# MetaPod <> Mystic Whales
The Mystic Whales and the MetaPod program can and should compliment one another. Each initiative focuses on projects that are at different stages of development. While MetaPod onboards and accelerates new projects and ideas, Mystic Whales tends to focus on either more established projects with some sort of product on the market, projects with plenty of capital and/or those with a larger following/community.
There are several ways to structure a partnership/collaboration between MetaPod and Mystic Whales. Ultimately, what would make the most sense is for Mystic Whales to be integrated into the MetaPod Accelerator Program track. MetaPod can incubate and accelerate new projects, get them to the public/venture funding stage, and then pass them to the Mystic Whales for next stage DAO, community, and economic development. In other words MetaPod primes the projects and Mystic Whales sends them to the moon.

MetaPod can:
- build a pipeline of primed and ready projects for MW to take to the next level
- collect early stage DAO/community data, while Mystic Whales collects later stage data in order to cross-reference the data sets so gaps and inefficiencies can be identified.
- help preserve a high standard for Mystic Whales
- act as a vetting service
- leverage the MetaGuides to manage community ops for MW clients.
- promote Mystic Whales at all MetaPod events
- pick up unwanted MW projects (ones that need some incubation before ready for MW)
- give MW DAO members MetaPod advisment board seats
- allow MW workshops in MetaPod Discord
- cross-pollinate contributors/DAO members (share the glory)
- MW members can join the MetaPod DAO
By cross-pollinating DAO members, interests can remain aligned. Each project can support the other in their respective niches. While the verticals are similar, there is no direct competition. Instead, there is a sharing of networks, information, and skills in order to scale, together.
What's needed from Mystic Whales?
- need to officially launch the MW DAO
- establish contributor equity structure and share distribution
- have all DAO Meisters join as DAO members based on their contributions thus far
- MW become a sponsor for MetaPod
- MW DAO joins the MetaPod DAO with sponsorship Loot
- MW members (individuals) join with governance shares
- MetaPod still has to define contributor equity structure
Conclusion
Overall, it's vital to maintain a positive sum relationship. By working together, extremely valuable data can be collected to design systems and processes that can become a standard for how to build and scale decentralized organizations and communities in Web3. At the end of the day, everyone involved already has shared interests and ultimately want the same thing. Let passions and visions merge to form a collective that drives the DAO space forward, while forcing introspection and evolution that redefines how to really DAO it.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
