### Big Picture
- What problem are you trying to solve?
- Increase representation of neuro-divergent and disabled people in areas such as media exposure, etc.
- End segregation between disabled and non-disabled, so that everyone can come together
- Economic independence, so that neuro-divergent artists can get income from areas like secondary sales of NFT

- NFT collective, takes 30% in royalty on primary sales. Trying to be more than an agency
- Service: Collect art, marketing, sales
- 1st batch: Selling 150 pieces for 2K each across 20 artists. 300K revenue, 100K profit for 1st batch
- Drop is not done yet. Need advisory on formats
- Future: Onboard new artists and enable the OG artists to leave the nest. Special drops on non-art NFTs. Events
- Cohort structure (seasons).
- How do you currently measure results?
- Not sure if we need this one right now
- What are your current capital requirements?
- Budget & operating requirements TBD
- Founder salary: Needs to be figured out - working at 9 months without pay (studying and working on the side). Wants it to be a good amount (emotional costs on the work)
- Fundraising: Wants to stick with grants & sponsorships without touching investments at this moment

### Current Environment
- Describe the people in the DAO today?
- Justin (Alchemist accelerator): There since Day 1, but providing advice on request
- John (Google CTO): Recent advisor, but wants to be involved. Interested in the network, marketing and press resources
- How many are contributors?
- 15 - 20 Artists:
- Can get more involved on Discord beyond just producing art
- Focused on any kind of art
- Started with DM-ing people from the Instagram page. Onboarded these folks onto Discord
- Contributors: Mainly just Ava, as other contributors have joined for the wrong reason
- Would love to hire for admin, marketing and community management
- What are their responsibilities?
- What are you doing well today and where can you improve?
- What challenges do you come across on a daily basis?
- Onboarding contributors today, but not in an organized way (cohorts?)
- Hiring contributors / community managers
- How to have more time
- No clarity on operating budget & requirements
- What roadblocks are you facing today?
- Discord beef: Autistic guy on Twitter started asking a lot of questions that went onto Discord. Comments became pretty extreme. but this brought the community closer.
- Seems like there is generally a desire for neuro-divergent people to lead neuro-divergent causes

### Goals
- Tell me about your goals?

- Launch the NFT drop at ETH Amsterdam on April 18 (TBD) with marketing, etc.
- Launch a DAO and community, but needs to think about what this should look like. The neuro-divergent people should feel empowered to do things (e.g. running the DAO, curating new artists)
- Experiment with new ideas (e.g. IRL events)
- When would you like to achieve these goals?
