# MetaPod Program Pipeline
The MetaPod pilot program is a 6-week long decentralized accelerator that helps define, scope and scale DAOs.

The piolot program (6-weeks)is a streamlined pilot program, or a proof of concept, to help guide MetaPod in launching its intensive 6-month decentralized accelerator. ETHDenver pitch winners will be granted access to the pilot program.

Our goal is put projects in the position to raise capital, whether it be through further grants or VC funding.

## Full Program Pipeline
The full 6 month program looks something like this:


MetaPod will hand hold until a VC or community capital raise, then hand off the project to the Mystic Whales.

**Pipeline needs:**

UberHAUS (Jeremy, Amos)
- setup a streamlined UH grant process or instead have MetaPod request larger grants from UH (or grant committee) and hand out grants quicker on behalf of UH.

Raid Guild (Yalor, Jeremy, Amos)
- setup a streamlined process for MetaPod projects to get priority consults (paid for) and quick formation of raid parties for development work.

MetaCartel (Jeremy, Ryan, Yalor)
- keep grants open for MetaPod projects and plan to incorporate into MetaMoloch program.

MetaGammeDelta (Yalor, Jeremy)
- setup a streamlined process (maybe with $1M grant fund) for women led projects coming through the MetaPod program to recieve grants.

1kx, MCV, LAO etc. (Yalor, Ryan)
- setup a streamlined process for MetaPod projects to pitch for venture capital.

- setup streamlined process for handing off mid stage projects to send to the moon

Week one is all about getting up to speed on the new projects that have entered MetaPod. The start of week one will begin with an **exploratory call** with MetaPod DAO members.

The goal of the call is to provide a list of "homework items" for program participants to complete before our next call. We will be working async, answering questions during this time and unblocking participants.

Through the remainder of the week, our goal will be to help define the project/community identity and establish what **the community first win** looks like.

Working to a first win will be the guiding north star of the six-week pilot program.
