- DAOs allow for the emergence of the flash organization
- DAOs do not rely on access to one physical location, they exist on blockchains
- DAOs empower individual members to participate in governance over shared resources in a way that they have **direct** control over how those resources are deployed.
- DAOs move quick to empower their participants with governance rights and enable members to accumulate reputation.
- DAOs are nimble, fast moving, and dynamic where they can coordinate or partner with various organizational types, they move quick without the traditional primitives for organizing, and introduce a fluctuating or evolving structure for contributors to be able to add value
