# MetaGuides <> DAOhaus ###### tags: `DAOhaus` The MetaGuides is a sub-DAO of MX, which is comprised of DAO and community ops professionals focused on supporting and scaling DAOs/projects building on Ethereum. This proposal outlines the MetaGuides role within the DAOhaus ecosystem which includes a breakdown of tasks, value creation, and compensation designed to align incentives for both DAOhaus and the MetaGuides. **DAOhaus has two user classifications, each with two user stories** **1. Reputation focused DAOs --** *Shares = Reputation* These user stories are focused on building reputation which acts as a decentralized resume. - Contributor Circles - Clubs & Communities **2. Capital focused DAOs --** *Shares = Capital* These user stories are focused on building robust and/or diverse treasuries that represent decentralized investment portfolios. - DeFi Investment Groups - NFT Collector Groups **Create 1-pagers for each User Story with example use-cases** The objective of the 1-pagers are to act as a resource for the MetaGuides to pitch and onboard groups which fit the user stories outlined below. - can potentially evolve into web pages on daohaus.club - can be added to the documentation pages and resource hubs - *can leverage the MX program to accelerate DAO and community development* It's important to note that User Classifications can easily cross-over, mesh, or run side-by-side with shared treasuries. **Build and train a MetaGuide team to manage User onboarding and operations** **MetaGuide DAOhaus Tasks:** - recruit and onboard users - offer guidance and support - advise on DAO formation and operations - templatize DAO configurations and processes - templatize community ops processes - engage users and community in discord - host weekly calls - show and DAO (promotion) - DAO fair (recruitment) - workshops (improvement) - play games & host competitions - organize giveaways (lott0?) - weekly DAO spotlight **MetaGuide compensation incentive model:** - MG DAO requests funding from UH - performance based incentives (recruitments/onboarding) - define compensation scale based on roles - recruiters - cold callers/closers (marketers/sales experts) - onboarding - process/support (DAO & community ops experts) - coordinape bonuses - define bonus scale ## DAOhaus User Stories --- ### Reputation focused DAOs --- ### 1.
