SP - gives funding to MC
MC - gives grants to projects
MP - gets projects for MC to give grants to
**MG - handles onboarding and operations for all, while connecting the processes together and aligning value in a streamlined flow**

### The MetaGuide Tasks

#### Overview
1. Recruit and guide sponsors, show them the MC grant funnel and MX program.
- regularly check in on the sponsors, make sure they keep up-to-date on all new projects in the pipeline
- Form connections between the sponsors and projects (MC/MX)
2. Guide the potential MC grantees through the MC grant process, show them how to get funding.
- Track KPIs of the projects after they get the funding
- Explore funding gaps and other needs of the grantee projects
3. Guide the MP projects through the MP program, show them the MC grant program and eventually introduce them to other investors, sponsors, and grant givers.
- Track KPIs of the projects after graduating from the MP Program
- Create MG partnerships (DAO/Community ops services) with the graduating projects

#### Incentive Model

How to incentivize the MGs to carry out their responsibilities?

Performance based reward model - Give rewards (Shares/ETH/DAI/Token) when a MG successfully guides a project through the MP program or grant process, or successfully lands a new Loot Sponsor.

*Below are just examples and can be adjusted accordingly*

MC Grantee Guides
- get 5 projects a grant and earn 1 MC share.
- OR a bonus equal to 5% of the grants given

MC Loot Sponsors
- get 1 MC share for every 100k pledged
- OR a bonus equal to 2% of the Loot Sponsorship

MX Program Guides
- get 1 MX share for every MX participant brought through the program
- OR get paid in ETH/DAI per participant

#### Onboarding Material

Create all of the initial internal onboarding material for new MGs and also external onboarding material for each vertical managed by the MGs.

Internal
- compensation and incentives for each vertical
- adding new MGs to the DAO
- MG DAO/community ops

External
- Onboarding new MP participants
- onboarding potential MC grantees
- Onboarding new MC Loot Sponsors

### MP and MC Sponsor Program

Give exclusive sponsorship access to the MP program/events if already an MC sponsor.
