# Promoting AAA | Accepting AAA Mentors Applications Now!

## AAA Mentoring Program Begins Today!

**TripleA platform started about 2 months already.** The founders are @virus707, @jayplayco and @segyepark with the goal of creating a platform where you can find reviews for videos like Movies, TV shows and animations. Passionate movie lovers spend their time here everyday writing reviews and at the same time getting upvoted and rewarded in AAA tokens.


At the present moment, the platform is filled with passionate Korean people. Most of the reviews are in Koreans. We are now ready to expand this platform to our English audience.

The @beamentor program is now partnering with AAA team to further promote Triple A worldwide.

**It is always very exciting for me** to see passionate Steemians getting involved in the mentoring program. This is already our 5th Steem Mentor Team. Our goal is to reach out to new users (outside and inside of Steem) to participate actively in the AAA community. New users need a personal hand of guidance from veteran users to get them engaged and effective in a community quickly.

So far, our mentors in the different Steem Mentor Teams have added great value to the Steem ecosystem in promoting these DApp platforms to new users on Steem.

We are now ready to recruit AAA Mentors.

This is a great opportunity for everyone to work together to grow the AAA community.

## 1. Requirements to be a AAA Mentor

- AAA mentor needs a reputation of **at least 45**
- AAA mentor needs to have **at least 3 Movie Reviews** done on the AAA Platform.

**If you have not written a movie review yet,** you are welcome to start writing 3 Movie Reviews this week. You can use my [AAA Movie Review #1 | Come and Watch PK | Best Film Ever!](https://www.triplea.reviews/aaa/@rosatravels/aaa-come-and-watch-pk) as an example of a good review.

**Here are some simple guidelines on how to write excellent reviews:**
- Must be original and no plagiarism is allowed
- Hook your audience with a compelling title
- Personalize your review involving your experience
- Write in good English grammar
- Describe the setting, storyline, characters involved
- Share enough of the plot without giving too much away to get the audience to watch the movie
- Talks about the movie producers, directors, cinematographers, and special effects
- Be witty and lively in your tone of writing
- Create a climax in your description
- Elicit emotions, set moods and guide a reaction so that your reader wants to find out more
- Write your opinion and support your criticism as not all movies are top-notched
- A good movie review should have at least 600 to 1000 words.
- Key in Movie URL at the bottom of the bost: (Look up https://www.themoviedb.org/ for your title and put the URL there)

## 2. A Successful AAA Mentor

- Onboard newcomers to sign into AAA platform and start getting engaged on the platform.
- Onboard newbies on Steem who have not signed in to AAA yet and participate on the platform.
- The mentee needs to have **5 Movie Reviews** on their dashboard at the end of your mentoring work

## 3. Role of a Successful AAA Mentor

- Reach out to people outside of Steem via social media such as FB, IG, Twitter, Linkedin, etc
- Reach out to potential newbies on Steem and welcome them! Use the #introduceyourself and #introducemyself tags
- @heyhaveyamet helps you discover some amazing newbies every day
- Welcome the newbies! Get to know them. Introduce yourself to them.
- Introduce AAA to mentees
- Show them how to sign up to the [Tirple A Platform](https://www.triplea.reviews).
- Share with your mentees about the Triple A site. Let them know why you participate in the Triple A community and the great purpose it has for you.

## 4. Rewards

AAA Team is sponsoring the Triple A Mentor Program! You will be rewarded for your hard work.

Each mentor can aim to mentor **10 students** in this 1st Round. We want you to do a great job in guiding your mentees to write 5 Excellent Movie reviews in this Round 1.
