# Steem Mentor Team #4 CONTEST | Guess & Win Tokens

Yesterday, I got a few DMs saying that the image is too difficult to guess. I have now added more hints onto the image.


### Dear Steemians,

### It is Contest Time!

In the "[**Be A Mentor**](https://steemit.com/@beamentor)" Program, mentors are onboarding new people to the Steem blockchain and guiding them to actively participate in one of the Steem communities. The best way for newbies to join a community is to have mentors showing them how to use one of the Steem DApps effectively in one month's time. In that way, the newbies can find their success right away in the beginning so that they don't drop out so quickly.

### We have already set up 3 Steem Mentor Teams

- We have successfully built **Steem Mentor Team #1 - Partiko Mentors** - to reach out to newbies to make them feel at home on Steem. We recruited **20** qualified Partiko mentors already, and they have been doing the mentoring work on Steem for 4 months.

- Two months ago, we started **Steem Mentor Team #2 - Actifit mentors**. Right now, a group of qualified Actifit mentors started the Actifit mentoring work in May.

- Last month, we started recruiting **Steem Mentor Team #3 - Steemhunt Mentors**. I am happy to let you know that we have a big group of talented Steemhunters who are now onboarding new people onto Steemhunt in the month of June.
