- Summary as soon as it is posted (ideally in 24hs - asap if posted during weekend)
- Make sure every weekend is covered - someone from GovAlpha is on duty to check for new SRs, draft a summary, address comments.

- Determine on duty Facilitators and contributors for each weekend
