# MIP14c2-SP3: Requesting Protocol DAI Transfer to Fund Endgame Information Portal

This is a summary of the contents of this subproposal and its impact, from GovAlpha's perspective:

- This is a valid subproposal to request a DAI transfer from the Maker Protocol, as defined in [MIP14: Protocol DAI Transfer](https://mips.makerdao.com/mips/details/MIP14).
- This proposal uses [JokeDAO](https://www.jokedao.io/) to host a contest. Contestants will propose solutions to design the user interface and backend of a portal that would host Endgame-related information.
- The winning entry would be awarded 9,999 DAI to create the proposed portal. This fee is only to create the portal and does not include any content.
- As per [MIP14c2](https://mips.makerdao.com/mips/details/MIP14#MIP14c2), transfers under 10,000 DAI have no Feedback Period or Frozen Period.
- If this subproposal is ratified, the contest will last for two weeks and voting will last a further one week. The winner will get paid 1,000 DAI immediately and a further 8,999 DAI after they implement their solution.
- MKR holders, CU members and Recognized Delegates have already been airdropped voting tokens that they may use for this competition.
- This proposal has been assigned `Medium-Impact` based on the methodology listed [here](https://manual.makerdao.com/governance/off-chain/impact-estimations).
