## Weekly-Cycle Ratification Polls

### Closed Short Ratification Poll :ballot_box_with_ballot:

The short Ratification Poll for [MIP58c4-SP1: RWA Foundation Broker Onboarding & Expensing for Professional Services](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip58c4-sp1-rwa-foundation-broker-onboarding-expensing-for-professional-services/19997) was [accepted](https://vote.makerdao.com/polling/QmbrGz9x) on Thursday, March 23.


This proposal is "[a] DAO Resolution to instruct the directors of the RWA Foundation to onboard with a new prime broker and to expense legal and accounting fees for services provided by professional services firms to the RWA Foundation". ## Monthly-Cycle Ratification Polls

Eighteen Ratification Polls went on-chain on Monday, March 13, and ran for two weeks, with fifteen proposals passing as the outcome. However, as per the overruling changes introduced in the constitutional proposals bundle, a number of them has been marked as obsolete in spite of their passing. Changes can be summarized as follows:

- The [Constitution MIP Set](https://mips.makerdao.com/mips/list?&search=$%23constitution-mip-set&orderDirection=ASC&hideParents=false) has passed. As a consequence of its passing:
- All other existing MIPs have been marked as obsolete, with Endgame MIPs (listed in the amended [MIP0](https://mips.makerdao.com/mips/details/MIP0#MIP0c2)) being excepted from the deprecation.
- Budgets and other formally submitted funding requests have been marked as obsolete despite the outcome of the voting, with SF-001's budget being excepted (only for this once) from the deprecation.
- Facilitators are still necessary during the transition. Therefore, formally submitted Facilitator onboardings have had their status changed in accordance with the outcome of the voting. The [amendment that allows non-personal entities to be Facilitators](https://mips.makerdao.com/mips/details/MIP4c2SP34) has been accepted.
- All other formally submitted MIPs and SPs have been marked as obsolete despite the outcome of the voting.

From now on, no new MIPs can be submitted. SPs from Endgame MIPs can still be submitted, as long as there are no explicit restrictions to their instantiation.
