- If [MIP4c2-SP34](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip4c2-sp34-expand-facilitator-definition-to-allow-entities/19736) passes, then this proposal onboards BA Labs as the Facilitator of the Risk Core Unit (Risk-001). BA Labs will be represented by @rema and @monet-supply.
- If [MIP4c2-SP34](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip4c2-sp34-expand-facilitator-definition-to-allow-entities/19736) fails, then this proposal onboards @rema and @monet-supply as individual co-facilitators.
- This MIP is intended to pass in conjunction with [MIP41c5-SP14](https://forum.makerdao.com/t/mip41c5-sp14-facilitator-offboarding-primoz-risk-001/19740) which offboards the current facilitator.
