- as soon as we spot a new post (SR or MIP) we add it to the sheet and lead it. If we can't lead it, leave note on Discord so that someone can take it
- deadline for SRs: 48hs
- deadline for MIP: one week before Frozen Period (WEEK3 - if gap week, week4)
- Templates
- Make it as an *aide-memoire*
