> **General comment:** The MIP40c3 subproposal template includes a section that should've been removed before ratification: "Proposal Parameters". These parameters are frozen at Ratification time, of course, and cannot be tinkered with by authors. However, its being in the template suggests otherwise and will be trouble. We're lucky no one attempted to modify the period lengths so far haha. I think we should just remove that section from the template and chalk the eccentric proposals up to the grace period. There are other options, however.
