As stated by the author, this amendment intends to: - "Make processes more transparent and orderly". - "Fill in process gaps, or streamline them, with additional documentation and/or templates". - "Inspire substantive discussion surrounding an offboarding proposal prior to a vote. It will also make tracking and editing Core Unit MIPs simpler". - Specifically, this amendment: - Redistributes some content within and across the Core Unit Framework MIP Set. - Allows offboarding Core Units via a single MIP39c2.
