# Attachments Identification / Specimen Image Replacement
> This function is meant to match attachment to the corresponding catalog number correctly.
> Choose a catalog number on the list to examine its attachment and approve it.

## 1. Attachment Identification

> The ==catalog number== of specimen is fixed.
>
> Click  to find a different catalog number record.
>
> **Approve/Decline/Delete** buttons 
> - Click  : Approve this specimen record.
> - Click  : Decline this specimen record with remark, it not allow to publish to the front site.
> 
> - Click  : Delete this specimen record.
>

### 1.1 Specimen Images
> Multiple specimen images can be switching from the tools below or clicks the thumbnails.
> Viewing tools:
> -  : zoom in/out
> -  : fit to the viewing block
> -  : rotate
> -  : back/forward to view the images
>-  : play as slideshow
>

### 1.2 Attachment image

> Examine the attachment if matches the current specimen record correctly.
> - Click  to approve.
> - Click  : Decline this specimen record with remark, it not allow to publish to the front site.
> 
> - Click  : Delete this specimen record.
