**Measurement and Value.** What is the added value that blockchain based solutions provide on the different levels and how it can be appropriated. - **Management and Organization.** What governance of decision rights exist in blockchain environments or which strategies and tactics are employed by actors in blockchain systems. ### Level of Analysis - Novel and emerging phenomenon drive my inquiries. Current research interests I am interested in the trend of decentralization in various aspects of society and the associated implications for individuals, groups, communities, organizations, and alike. In addition, I am interested in the innovation and creativity in the culinary industry.
