蛋糕

  • 奶油 150g
  • 砂糖 150g
  • 雞蛋 150ml
  • 中筋麵粉 150g
  • 泡打粉 5g
  • 檸檬汁 20ml

糖霜

  • 檸檬汁 20ml
  • 糖粉 100g

步驟

蛋糕

  1. 奶油+砂糖打軟,蛋液分次加入後拌勻
  2. 加入過篩粉類拌勻
  3. 加入檸檬汁拌勻
  4. 攪拌均勻後入模
  5. 上火 180 下火 170 烤 50 - 55 分鐘

注意火和蛋糕的距離 QQ 烤盤跟火太近顏色會太深

  1. 糖粉過篩後與檸檬汁拌勻
