- Comms - Discord Role/Section for Corp?
- Public v Private stuff - this call?
- Are we setting up a DAO? (Sub DAO?)
- Providing "audits"
- One more board member to make it an odd number so the votes don't get tied

From last week (anything left to hit?):
- Clarify this is for profit.
- Discuss buy in and pain threshold.
- Initial share price
- Cap table
- Can do initial capitalization + small inside SAFE or equity round.
- Tally interested members
- Sitting on the board means bringing something to the table in terms of management or capital.
- Corporate headquarters
- In the time of COVID19, there's no better office than a virtual office.
- But probably need some corp address?
- Initial Board Consent
- Initial stock purchases (see above)
- Directors
- Equity Incentive Plan
- Traditional Bank Account (for taxes ect?)

This will need to be discussed by the board of directors at an official meeting:

- [ ] Monetization of tokens.
- LexDAO has a number of tokens (LXB, LXCH, etc) but which are most likely to be in demand by **paying** customers/clients?
