# CICATRICIEBACI & COSMIA in Lisbon

I will use this note to summarize all contacts and options found in my travel to Lisbon in november 2021 - since I am involved in two main project I will split in two proposal, even if in some cases they will overlay, those are CICATRICIEBACI (portraits of healing processes) and COSMIA (nft publishing house made by women for women)

I have two way to bring this project, as personal portray or as workshop, but since workshop wersion is still to be tested I want to start with the basic procedure.
I will need a spot of time of 10/15 days from the first presentation of the project to the finissage where work done in Lisbon will be showed.
Here the step by step:
1. I prepare a presentation to be sent through your mailing list in order to collect a list of people interested on active partecipation - I need to have at least 5 people to join by sending me their story of scar
2. Do a presentation of the project in a dedicated evening, with projection of previous work and moments for direct chat with other interested on join, hopefully another 5 or more will join
3. I will work on single portraits, photoshooting phase of 5 days, I will need an help from an assistant (trovarobiere) and a photographer (foto or camera operator) of Lisbon if possible (I am used to imoprovisation but with more support I will organize better experiences, also possible to ask for some funding)
4. I will work on editing for the next 5 days, for editing phase I will need a computer that can run Adobe Photoshop and Premiere, if any editing lover would love to be my assistant I will be happy
5. I need to share the work done with all partecipants portraied, this is a personal moment, short appointment of 30 min each in a confortable spaceith computer
6. Finissage evening with projection of works and a short speech on the experience, hopefully some partecipants want to talk too

a presentation of the association and how we think that NFT publishing is becaming quickly a new opportunity for writers, one book project as sample (CICATRICIEBACI and OSSIMORO);
explaining the concept of Narrandomnia and launch a call to partecipate on this neverending narrative experiment
(here I wrote what I can do alone, in case we can manage to organize that Francesca joins and an ongoing collab with Hevertone/Fred is set, that part will expand )
