Some notes to keep in mind.

* Send requests for talk abstracts to speakers (upload via website)
* Also provide some instruction for uploading posters (.jpg, .png, or .pdf, up to 10 MB). This should have a deadline of a few days before meeting.
* Decide whether to provide video links of talks to participants only or public
* Aude will provide a Demo for a Gathertown environment, and can adapt it. We will probably want some clearly marked rooms for discussions with speakers.
* Near end of May, decide what to do with the application deadline. We cannot change it, but Aude can.
* Tentative program setup: 4 half-day sessions, poster break/discussion time in the middle of each session.
