而今天來分享一些我喜歡的Excel 圖表設定
首先先看到大家應該最常用到的散佈圖
內建的數據點在比較多資料時會重疊再一起

我會進行的修改就是將數據點填充改為粉色系顏色再稍微增加透明度
數據點的外框設為較深顏色
這樣就可以得到不錯的圖片
建議可以刪除垂直格線

而長條圖的部分我會喜歡將類別間距調小
顏色配置與散佈圖相同

然而若是使用在黑白列印的圖表時可以增加填充樣式做區隔
或是調整顏色亮度飽和度等方式達到灰階效果
若是使用填充則須注意圖利是否明顯可區分

折線圖在正常時候千萬別選擇平滑線
最大原因自於他的呈現會對資料造成偏差
例如下圖的Y2在4~5的地方資料實際為0
但用平滑折線圖則為負值
