## Buidlers Connect - Code of Conduct
#### A. Community Purpose:
The primary goal of Buidlers Connect is **to create a supportive community of web3 buidlers to collaborate on a more technical level.**
As such, we are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for EVERY buidler, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and religion (or lack of religion).
#### B. Community Scope:
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in the community, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
#### C. Buidler Energy - Collaboration:
We'll consistently uphold the ethos of collaboration, decentralization, and transparency.
#### D. Respectful Conversations:
- Avoid personal attacks, trolling, and flaming.
- Be respectful of differing opinions, viewpoints, and experiences.
- Avoid discussing topics unrelated to industry updates, buidling and entrepreneurship. This is not the forum for broad political, religious, "ecosystem gist", or philosophical debates.
#### E. Spammy Promotions:
- Refrain from posting unsolicited promotional content or links,
- No pump-and-dump schemes or discussions,
- Announcements about new projects or startups should be informative and geared towards collaboration, not just promotion.
#### F. Harassment & Discrimination:
Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to: unwelcome comments regarding a person's lifestyle choices and practices, continued one-on-one communication after requests to cease, non-consensual sharing of private information, and sustained disruption of discussions.
#### G. Reporting & Enforcement:
If you experience or notice a violation of this code of conduct, please report it to the community moderators.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in a warning, deletion of posts, temporary ban, or permanent ban from the community, at the discretion of the moderators.
#### H. Stay Constructive:
Stay on topic and contribute to the conversation in a positive manner.
Remember, everyone here is trying to learn and grow. Be supportive of one another.
#### I. Privacy & Safety:
- Never share personal information in public spaces.
- Be cautious when discussing sensitive or potentially harmful topics, keeping in mind the global nature of this community.
