# Builders Success Team > We'll follow the journey of key teams in the Polkadot Ecosystem, from their building to their deployment. ## Core Mandates - Learn from builders to help future builders. - Become ecosystem enablers, connecting teams to foster network effects. - Be silent partners. We help from the shadows, we are not the main character of the movie. - We don't differentiate builders. They all contribute to the ecosystem success independently of what they are building. ## Team Structure ![](https://hackmd.io/_uploads/SJHrwFiI2.png) When teams are committed to building, the Builders Success Team takes care of them, from understanding what's the best course of action for a team to continuing their building journey. ### SquareOne SquareOne is the main follower of all teams. It will help them find their path along the way, but it will not own any given initiative. The responsibility of SquareOne is that teams are kept happy during their journey, and that they can leverage all available tools that exist in the ecosystem. - Keep track of all temas - Keep track of all initiatives - Constant communication with initiative owners to ensure things are progressing. #### Potential Upgrades - Make it similar to [Buidl.so](https://buidl.so/), but focused on Polkadot. - [Buidl.so Chapters](https://buidlerstribe.notion.site/Buidlers-Circles-316cc20f23254c63a5ce9c6fa7d71968) as a very cool idea. ### SBP The hands-on assistance program for all high value teams in the ecosystem. The SBP mission is to have all these teams deploy on Polkadot, and learn from their development journey to help improve Parity's products. > High value team: A team pushing the bounderies of our technologies or bringing value to the ecosystem (monteary, users, name). #### Potential Upgrades - Work together with Growth for more valuable teams, allowing for example for some pre-approved qualities. ### Pioneers Onces teams are live on Polkadot, Pioneers takes care of them. Their mission is to allow for a seamless integration for this projects to grow as fast as possible. #### Potential Upgrades - Define needs for teams and help them unblock (listing, XCM, MM) ### Special Projects All of the above will result in the team executing special projects. - Substrate[cito] -> OpenZeppelin - Ledger Support - Rococo - Feedback Process - Community + Summits
