## Notes

* Schedule time to review OSF pages and to talk about group and individual long-term goals
* Bring back discussion of points during sprint planning meetings (Are points accurate? Did task take longer/more effort than estimated?)
* Incubators
* Making sure to identify projects/collaborators that are highly likely to be successful
* Do a better job of categorizing incubators in backlog
* Identify potential first incubators for new hire?

### Hiring

Roles/Steps:
- Kristina is chair, Eric & Kristina make up hiring committee
- Kristina will do first pass to eliminate people who don't meet qualifications
- All will fill out skills matrix form to score applicants
- Eric will handle first round phone interviews
- Kristina will reach out to references
- Narrow list down for full-day interview (virtual most likely, then in-person for the top candidate if desired)
