* Do a better job of categorizing incubators in backlog
* Identify potential first incubators for new hire?
### Hiring
Roles/Steps:
- Kristina is chair, Eric & Kristina make up hiring committee
- Kristina will do first pass to eliminate people who don't meet qualifications
- All will fill out skills matrix form to score applicants
- Eric will handle first round phone interviews
- Kristina will reach out to references
- Narrow list down for full-day interview (virtual most likely, then in-person for the top candidate if desired)
