Building relationships
## introduction of the speech
Relationships are the building blocks for all community organizing activities. Whether you want to organize a volleyball game or get some help, you will need lots of good relationships. Why? Because the relationships we have with our coworkers, the communities we serve, and even our adversaries are the means for achieving our goals. People don't work in isolation: we need to be working together! It is our relationships all added together that are the foundation of an organized effort for change. We need lots of people to contribute their ideas, take a stand, and get the work done.
In a world of increasing digital connection and physical separation, it is important to prioritize your relationships with others. Accordingly, good partnerships offer many unique benefits in various spheres of life.
For example, right now I build a blockcahin team online,so basicllay we don't see each other everyday. Therefore,I have to build relationships not only with my patners but also with the customers.

1. Be friendly and make a connection:
This may seem self-evident, but a friendly word or smile can make someone's day. Try to find something in common: all of us want to have close connections with our fellow humans.

For instance,my team always talk lots of basketball before the meeting. Thus,we have a good vibe to talk business.
2. Ask people questions.
People love to talk about themselves and about what they think. If you ask people about themselves and then take the time to listen attentively, they can become your fast friend.
You gotta ask some question that your customers is good at.By doing this, they will feel great and open their mounth to talk more. This is my little trick wnen I am talking business and it put us closer.
3. Accept people the way they are.
You don't have to agree with them all the time in order to form a relationship with them. No one likes to be judged.
When my team have works to do,everyone have different type of way to do it.All I have to do,is respect what they did.Unless they can not get the job done.In the beginning,I may be upset, but right now I am cool with different work habit. No one like to be told how to handle theier work right?
4. Build trust
Apart from interpersonal communication skills, certain elements must be consistently built over time between people, contributing to long-lasting partnerships. One of the most important factors is trust.
In a business scenario, it may be easy to distinguish who is credible. A management leader who possesses the skills to organize, delegate and motivate their team efficiently will be trusted with those tasks. Naturally, they will also be more credible and trustworthy if they are reliable. Reliability is the ability to carry out tasks consistently. Likewise, in romantic and familial relations, reliability helps maintain trust between parties.
