- Real-time Breathing Sound Detection AI System (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Flask, OpenVINO)
- Researched and implemented the deep learning model training algorithm for detecting respiratory and adventitious sound events, which resulted in over 85% F1-score.
- Cooperated with clinical staffs to refine the data labeling process on their self-collected audio dataset, and developed an auto-labeling tool to reduce their labeling effort.
- Deployed the model on edge device, mobile phone, browser, and API server for different use cases.

- Low-code Image Classification System (Python, TensorFlow, Docker, FastAPI, MLflow, AWS)
- Implemented a TensorFlow-based system with computing resource management, which is integrated with the front-end for launch training and inference task by RESTful API requests.
- Integrated the system with MLflow and the AWS S3 service for dataset and model storage.
- This system enabled teams to perform quick experiments, for example, we trained over 100 models and achieved 90% accuracy for detecting 18 kinds of tiny defects in high resolution images within a month.

- Construction Site Geofence System (Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, Streamlit)
- Researched and implemented a location tracking system with geospatial data collected from mobile phones and beacons, and analyze the model performance by visualization for the client.
- Deployed 3 models as an API service and maintain an in-memory database for each device.
