# JMX / tSG Merge Negotiation
## Background
JMX and tSG will merge. It is a strategic decision to do so that both alliance leaderships made. Both alliances will benefit from the merge. After that we will have a strong rank 3 in alliance ranking and we will be part of the state presidency. The merge will significantly strengthen us.
For the alliances, this means that approximately half of each alliance will be able to move into the new main allianc. JMX and tSG agree that we won't drop the other half of our members. All members who aren't select into the main alliance have the option to join our academy alliance. These members remain NAP protected and they have the chance to safely grow and make it to a power level that allows promotion into the main alliance. Target is to even have the academy alliance within top 17.

## Rules
* **Respect NAP 17**
NAP ensures safe grow for our alliance without bothering with other top alliances. Our credibility is strongly related on how we appear to other alliances. We have to be an example for keeping the rules. Breaks therefore should be handled consequently.

* **Never zero anyone**
Zeroing causes players to loose motivation and to quit this state. This reduces availability of ressources to us. So zeroing should only happen in rare cases when alliance leadership explicitly approves zeroing in alliance chat.

* **Stop attacking when target is 50% or below**
To avoid accidential zeroing, attack of a target should stop as soon as it reaches 50% or below.

With a hundred high power players, we have a special responsibility for the state. This responsibility is taken by all members and controled by alliance leadership (R4/R5). Orders of alliance leadership have to be followed in any case

* **Be reachable (especially during attacks)**
When online (especially when attacking), a member must be reachable for important information of alliance leadership. It might always appear that for whatever reason actions on short notice are required (for example a stop of attack). Everyone has to make sure to listen to alliance chat and in-game mails.

To keep tech and donation points, we keep both alliances and move commanders accordingly.
One alliance gets the main alliance, one the academy.

The guardian is the defender of the alliance. He cares that treats from outside are handled.
* **Recruiter** (Zebra97)
The recruiters focus is on finding and recruiting new members for the main alliance. He actively gets in touch with potential strong members (found on the map or in ranking pages) and motivates them to join us.
* **Overseer** (night-king, Ayush1369)
The overseer enforces the rules. Handling of NAP breaks as well as handling fails against our alliance rules is his field of work.
* **Diplomat** (Dark / Razor when not R5)
The diplomates keep up connections to other alliances. They motivate smaller alliances to join us and negotiate with other alliances to our advantage
* **Shop maintainer** (Eddie Cage)
The shop maintainer keeps the shop running. He/she observes what is bought by members and refills the shop so that items do not run out of availability. He informs members about the powers of his articles and pushes members to donate to keep the shop running and well filled.
* **Trainer** (Menodora?)
While training to raise power and level was formerly part of the observers and recruiters job, this now is a separate position. The trainer helps members to keep on leveling up and training troops. He is responsible to raise our alliances power in the alliance power ranking.
* **Cartographer** ()
The cartographer maintains a list of "points of interest". The whole alliance provides him/her with information and coordinates. The cartographer maintains a publicly available / searchable list of those locations.
* **Event manager** ()
Event manager has information about upcoming events and instructs members to best make use of the events. He helps to win purple and golden boxes by preparing the members on what comes next in the events

Because of higher tech development state, JMX will be renamed to "(Inc) The Incredibles". Some members will be kicked from tSG and invited to (Inc) main alliance. tSG will be renamed to (Inc) The Incredibles Academy 01. Some members will be kicked from JMX and invited to (Inc) academy. This is nothing bad. It is just part of reorganizing. Noone will be dropped from (Inc). Everyone will be either Main or Academy at the end.

If kicked, you get an invitation to Main or Academy. Accept that π₯ ASAP π₯ because you are not protected as long as you are without an alliance. As soon as you arrived in new alliance, go to alliance chat and meet the new family ππ

JMX and tSG decided to merge. This merge will be executed at 20:00 UTC. From that point we are (Inc) The Incredibles. It will take until the members reach their target alliances as we decided to move members instead of using the merge function. During that time, we will protect our members - even if they are without an alliance for that move. Please respect that and don't attack our moving members.
