# Bloodhound(s) Settings

An AU where every type of Bloodhound skin is Bloodhound from another universe.

Those settings are scattered in previous artwork threads in Plurk (in Traditional Chinese). Some settings have reference but they are not a complete list.

Splitted into settings of each type of Blóðhundr and [their interaction](#interaction).

## Bloodhound List

All Bloodhounds as a whole are referenced by "Blóðhundr", while "Bloodhound" meaning the original one. They use their own unique names when talking to others, but they will try to reference each other as "Blóðhundr" if they could when they interact with themselves. ### Bloodhound


+ <span style="color:#a8a8a8">**Original**</span>.
+ Blóðhundr in the main universe. Mostly follows canon but isn't in a relationship with Fuse.
+ Every other Blóðhundr have affection for Bloodhound by default. Only Dragonhound and Velahound live with Bloodhound long-term.

### Dragonhound


+ <span style="color:#cead21">**Feral's Future**</span>.
+ [There are articles written before (in Traditional Chinese)](https://hackmd.io/@Kaiserouo/Hy9uS0Rs5), but in a nutshell:
+ A subject from Hammond's human transgenic experiments. Have genes from human + prowler + flyer. Have some features resembling a dragon (e.g. scale). Wings and tail can be packed in their back / body or stretched out by will. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/p08poc))
+ History almost the same as Bloodhound until Thunderdome, where Boone didn't die and Dragonhound watched Boone left and they never met since. They went to Apex mainly for exploring the world and getting financial support for their village's development. Hammond attempted to hunt them down due to them being a subject from a forbidden experiment. They escaped through Wraith's portal and went to Bloodhound's universe, where they live together long-term since.
+ Have an instinct personality. Their pupil will turn from diamond-shaped into line-shaped. They would act similar to a prowler, and would change personality mostly only after Dragonhound sleeps. Likes to smell and snuggle other Blóðhundr. They understand Icelantic and English but cannot speak properly, only capable of growling and snarling. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/p08sdq))
+ Their main personality have the same knowledge as Bloodhound, but are more cheerful than Bloodhound. Affected by their instinct, their main personality also likes to hug and snuggle other Blóðhundr.

### Velahound


+ <span style="color:#ff4e1d">**Apex Hunter (Tier 3)**</span>.
+ Name originated from "robot"'s Icelantic (Velafolk), taken from Pathfinder's Quest.
+ Originally named Mythichound.
+ A downright robot, made by Syndicate in another universe meant as a clone of Bloodhound. After installing the brain metadata from Bloodhound's respawn banner, they escaped the lab and go to Bloodhound's universe through Wraith's portal. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/oyuyq9))
+ Similar to a simulacrum, but made by more advanced technology. The other universe's Bloodhound's brain is simulated purely by machine, still having their own conscious and is capable of thinking. Does not have any organs or flesh from the other universe's Bloodhound, who is still alive and kicking. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/oyuyq9))
+ Conscious, thinking and memory is similar to Bloodhound, but they become more serious and solemn than Bloodhound after becoming a robot for some time. Their conscious have access to the computing power of their robotic body, and can execute programs in their head. After coming to Bloodhound's universe, they learn hacking skills from Crypto. + e.g. they can send messages and talk on the phone in their head. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/ozduu0))
+ They learn things way faster than human due to them having access to the computing power of their body.
+ When they are learning, their body will sit still and slightly give off heat, but they are still capable of multitasking and interact with others.
+ They have tactile but not olfactory and gustatory sensation.

> The previous two versions (Tier 1 & 2) is yet to be set. Some very basic settings are "they are Velahound's prototype" or "they will badger Velahound if they meet them" or "they're just a backup body for Velahound and can be controlled by them anytime."

### Birdhound


+ <span style="color:#cead21">**The Plague Doctor**</span>.
+ ver.1
+ Have more medical knowledge than other Blóðhundr. They also study modern medicine and would exchange with Lifeline.
+ Do not live in Bloodhound's universe long-term.
+ ver.2
+ Is one of Odin's raven: *Huginn*. Not actually a Blóðhundr but is treated as one by other Blóðhundr.
+ Use a magical piece of parchment and quill to record the world and report to Odin. Still has access to Would come back to Odin before dinner time (usually).
+ Have large pair of raven wings and tail feathers. Can be hidden at will. Can fly with their wings. Likes shny stuff (they're a raven).
+ From Bloodhound's dimension. Does not have the power to cross dimension on their own. Might be able to teleport *(otherwise they can't even get to Blóðhundr)*.

## Interaction
+ Dragonhound have some prowler smell and Bloodhound have some hunter smell. They like each other's scent. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/oyg4hh))
+ Velahound loves Dragonhound's wings and tail. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/p08poc))
+ Dragonhound likes to badger with Birdhound ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/p346rh)), but Dragonhound possess similar affection for all Blóðhundr. Even though Birdhound seemed to be annoyed by them, they actually do like them. ([ref](https://www.plurk.com/p/p374ry))
