- Contact the final invited speakers for AM region (who contacts who?)
- Define a substitute list in order to gather speakers if people from the prime list can't participate
- Upload the lists to the thread and vote in the drive
~~ - What is the deadline to get response from the invited speakers?
- We can make a formal email body (maybe from previous events), and use it for invitation. ~~
NEXT CHAIR: Syed
**Meeting 24/02/22:**
The regional weekly meeting was held at 13hrs (GMT-3), the members discussed the following points:
- All the communication with the invited speakers will be formal (like a signed invitation letter by the chair/co-chair ).
- Every member of the region Americas will vote in the other regions for the invited speaks list (Google Drive).
- We have also discussed, who is going to contact the invited speaks of the region Americas.
- David suggested that, if some member knows personally the invited speaks, he could contact with him/her
personally and convince him for the event before the formal invitation. All the members agree with his suggestion.
NEXT CHAIR: Alberto
