In the figure , there is a positive relation between child labor rate and inequality in life expectancy, which is the same meaning that if countries care more about the child labor issue, they tend to focus more on life expectancy.

As you can see, countries of Swaziland and Djibouti have lower child labor rates but with relatively higher inequality in life expectancy. It may be said that these two countries care more about teenager's right than human welfare.
