1. Provisions for sharing and reuse
1. Data management responsibilities and resources
1. Ethical and legal compliance

對比DMPonline，DMP assistant對於研究的描述偏少，無法僅透過「這份資料的檔案說明」就了解「此份資料檔案之於整份研究的關聯」。主要的描述都是「who，比如說誰接手、掌握、有哪些權限之於研究資料」讀起來比較像是一份幫忙背書的確信報告。
