- Being unclear about the why. wanting to rememeber what we came to do or build. for instance, a game to learn S3. or a space to practice S3.

- therefore: **don't subordinate the purpose to the bureaucracy. And, don't forget to capture what purposeful choices to act we did take.**
- Tension: **doing the record-keeping isn't easy but it's valuable**! like washing toilets, it needs to be done or it'll be lost.

- a fun way to practice - Game stakes and 'Role' based so personal feelings don't get tangled
- Fun vs 'learning', not lose sight of the fun factor.
- choice and chaining choice ... is narrative.
- what is the first step? Min viable game that can grow, interate into a more valuable
- **Game as zero- or fantasy-stakes frame for habituating to a knowledge-space** - S3-ing or otherwise.
- drafting domain drivers (3 different groups doing **most** of the process, but not adopting an S3 Driver Statement)
- once we get people not arguing about throwing any intended outcomes out, someone (anyone) can go draft the driver.
- ***What is the intended impact*** of using an S3 Driver statement?
- what were the designers of S3 thinking?
- clarity

- inspiration
- setup for new tensions (at next level of detail)

- context for purposeful action
