## S Tier

### Ruthenia
We did it boys. More than 1.1k max manpower in r/europe and they said it couldn't be done. Who is the noob group now hu?
Currently stomping the ottomans who got caught with his pants down. Istanbul was assaulted and taken before he could reorganize his army. Luckily for the Turks, he had some boats so he has naval superiority. But Ruthenia is relentlessly pushing trough the Caucasus now and still has 800k manpower in the bank.

## A Tier

### Ottomans
He is going to lose this war. No doubt about it. Mughals also declare on him which might not have been the smartest. Ottomans can keep fighting for at least 10 years. Ottomans as well still have 370k manpower in the bank with a standing army of 870k. Now, why is this not S tier you might wonder? Because he is going to lose 100% to Ruthenia. Which are around 13 provinces. But who knows maybe he can beat Mughals after that.

### Vijayanagar
565 income. Naice. Manpower is at 480k with a 4k recovery. 430 FL. Beat poor Ethiopia but they made a deal that the borders had to look nice so no snaking. He already had the most provinces in the game and if he keeps gobbling up Ethiopia he will only get more. More provinces mean more regimental camps means more FL means he can conquer more provinces which means more regimental camps omg its a loop!

### Mughals
I tagged into the Mughals, and as is tradition I wanted to shit on him for not having his buildings but then I saw this:

It shows in his Manpower cap, it went up to 334k with a 3.4k recovery a month. Still much less then the big boys but he is getting there. He is running lvl 4-4-5 advisors and I guess when he does his next deving he will pop his golden era to get down to that sweet 4 dev cost per province. Actually, hold up you don't have an estate that gives dev cost. No vaishyas and no burgers this is so sad. That means while cheap you won't reach the low price of 4.
Now you faithful readers might wonder how did he do this miracle? how did he manage to build up everything? Trade ideas. Mughals needed the merchants and the policies are pretty good as well. Does mean his quality is a bit lower then it could be but who needs good troops if you can pay for a lot of troops?

## B Tier

### Hungary
He is committing to fighting Hannover. He even slackened it seems. Since he is at 766k manpower (with no professionalism) while his cap is at 530k and he went 416/352 FL. Friendship ended with Hannover now Frenchies France is my new best friend.

### Hannover
It's not looking good in the war. He declared on France (hoping that Hungary wouldn't defend?) and is now being beaten back by Hungary. while 1v1 Hungary and Hannover look pretty equal the fact that he has 2 fronts means he is slowly losing terrain. Enable your policy tough dum dum. Kekw I just realized he never even popped the built to FL mission. Now might be a good time? 5% morale is 5% morale.

### Netherlands
The builder of coalitions did it again. He took revenge on Iceland for making his buddy Great Britain rage quit. It doesn't matter that you don't have naval superiority if you just land like 200k before the war started. Got Hannover and France to help him fight them. 865 income and paying 430 of that in subs.

### Prussia
Declared in Sweden because he missed the player had to leave. Quickly white peaced him tough like the wholesome Dootch he is. Nation pretty much built up but with 41 provinces there's only so much you can do. 200 income and 234 FL means he can either jump on his old ally Hannover of fight Sweden, both are winning ideas.

### Great Britain
Is reborn under the leadership of Fire Lord Ozai. The glorious revolution was a great success and now it's under Dootch leadership. Pretty sure he is getting scammed by the Netherlands. Zeg makker.

## C tier

### Bengal

Invaded his old friend in Yunnan. But I'm told it was all in good fun and all above board. No full backstab. Don't know why he isn't picking Staten generaal because the ruler you have right now isn't that great tbh. Nor is the heir. (You can even take tier 6 as well, 5 states.) Got his defy the dragon modifier for permanent 5% morale that's pretty good. (in fact; Soussouni is such a fan he even picks it as Sweden instead of 50% mercs). Very strong nation. He is quickly Fixing his manpower issues! Next session after he finishes the built-up and switches Nepal the world better be scared.

### Malaya
BoatyMcBoatFace here. Tied for the number of heavies with Iceland but lower quality. He can beat the dutch navy atm tough. Prob not GBR its navy. Probably going to pick up Maritime next. Also, gib trade deal.

### Sweden
Was AI the last hour of the session meaning he has random stuff everywhere. But hey at least you have a decent navy that will easily beat Prussia!
Collect in Lubeck, or steer out of Lubeck and ask monies from the Netherlands. Just below 200 FL. Is falling behind in regards to Prussia which means it's vulnerable to an attack soon.

## D tier

### Japan
Japan stronk. Got memed by Mughals last session smh, but we are best friends now, please gib money. The rivalry between Japan and Oirat seems to have finally ended after 200 years. Japan has been declared the winner. Still. so. much. buildings. need. to. be. built. Income at 133, Max manpower at 105k is also really low. At least i have higher FL then France!

### France
Omg. He actually built some buildings. What is this madness? Still scamming the Netherlands. Still, it's not a total shithole. Max manpower is still really low and FL is 94 lolwut. Maybe with another 50k from the Netherlands, you finally become a decent third-tier power.

## E tier
### Ethiopia
Got bullied by Vijayanagar. Who is a Dutch, coincidence? I think not. All dutch evil confirmed. Corona is just here to make the dutch pay. Wuhan - Amsterdam even god gets these 2 mixed up sometimes. The army is really small as is its manpower. But cmon guys Kimi is a nice guy don't kill him.

### Inca
Low income, low FL, low Max manpower. Loads of provinces tough. It's going to take ages before this nation becomes really relevant. Although to be fair he is in the new world so he can just keep declaring on nations for their CNs.

## F tier
### Kongo 2.0 (Netherlands brazil CN)
Got to his max what he can colonize. Although to be fair it was the AI that did it. 106 income for a CN isn't that bad tbh. He has most manus built, as with the workshops. Just sad he doesn't have the building slots to built military infrastructure now.

### Thirteen Colonies (GBR Thirteen colonies CN)
Thirteen colonies making more money than the USA. Something something irony. He still has a lot of good manus to built, and let's be honest that's pretty much his job.

### Iceland
Don't these fools know what they did with this peace deal?
There are 6 Icelands now. That's like 6x worse than 1. Its simple maths! Not a lot of money but he is using another currency. The one called heavy ships, and with currency I mean fleet, and with another, I just mean more.

### Taiwan
Still has a big navy, and is a pirate. Although he is lacking the finances to really pay for that navy. Also, his navy is chilling in the cape of good hope for some reason?

### USA
Got an Icelandic ultimatum. Join us; we got cookies. Or perish. He chose the cookies because let's be real cookies are awesome. It meant he got his independence from GBR and even formed the USA (as the Caribbean). The Netherlands tough came back with a vengeance and now he is a bit of trouble. If Iceland dies he will die with him most likely. Low income, low FL and low Max manpower tough. He also doesn't look like to be going naval. Guess Iceland will be the navy and him and the Inca the army? At least that's the plan prob.

Was AI last session and we didn't do save edits because nobody wanted it. Thankfully though its Corona time so somebody wanted to pick it up!
