The die was cast, a gentleman agreement was reached. The dominance of the seas was at stake. The Royal Navy was mobilized and prepared, The dutch took a good sip from their canteen and were filled with dutch courage. This battle will be epic only one fleet will be destroyed; one fleet will be maimed but the only one left alive. The date was set, a sunny Monday, although both admirals knew this battle would take weeks; if not months but you need to start sometime. Admiral de Ruiter and Admiral Cook were gentlemen, they both were raised in naval families, in fact, they were friends. Sunday evening they had dinner together. Both men spoke french to not appear to be imitated by the other; silly of course everybody knows Dutch is the better language. Then the sun rose, de Ruiter was a bit hangover but he knew what he was doing. An aide gave him some paperwork, he signed without reading. The battle was already over, de Ruiter has signed the order to scuttle the Dutch fleet without it even realizing. Important to note here is that de Ruiter and Cook are no longer friends. ## S tier ### France IncomeIs currently at 834; Down from the last session almost like somebody is stealing all his trade *cough cough* Netherlands *cough cough* 24k in debt, which is nothing for this France. Didn't fix his estates but that might be due to the fact that he had a sub playing. Neither did he fix the temples but again; sub (tyvm for subbing btw Swissjack!). Should consolidate his army, currently, he is at a 340k manpower which is hurting his cannons stacks. while if you consolidate your non-merc inf you bring it down to 15k. (also consolidate that merc stack in Belgrade; just built a new one) get LVL 1 advisors; the trade one pays for himself 20 times over. Manpower recovery is at 10k a month, with a max of 1mil. FL is 906/1073 but when consolidated it will prob be around 700 effectively. ### Great Britain 2k income. 17k in the bank and he decimated his only rival on the sea. He still has 413 heavies left. Pretty sure that's at least double the rest of the world combined. In fact, I will donate 25 ducats to whoever proves me wrong. Giving money to almost everybody. Very cool wholesome GBR! It truly is the British Golden Age. ### Aztecs Recovery is higher than France at 11k. He said he would revoke the clergy from the high manpower provinces. He didn't smh. Currently building to his merc limit which will put his army at around 600k strong. His entire army is in the old world atm (cough cough hint hint Texas). In this war for, reasons at least it means he can occupy Egypt. Tbh I don't know what else to say; it's fully built up looking good. ## A tier ### Mughals Look who is back in S tier Fuck Yeah MUGHALS! (jk, I moved you down to A again yikes.) Quick question though; you know what's better than 15 war exhaustion? 16 war exhaustions! That war vs Russia was pretty brutal hu? it just ended. Cost him all his manpower (-100k even). Currently, his recovery is 3.8k but war exhaustion and recruitment sabotaged lowers it. Income is at 760 good. His FL is 896/1011 but he has 200 mercs left to recruit. He can take the remaining provinces from Georgia when he wants to unify the Caucasus culture meaning a nice 5% merc disc. ### Nepal Well, he did fix his manpower a bit; 3.1k recovery and a max of 364. Currently out of manpower due to the Russia war. FL tripled to 403/1059. He switched to Telugu meaning he has extra ICA and disc. Income is decent but nothing special at 456k, although he did piss off his Viasyas just to spite me. Having then loyal would mean a jump of 90 ducats. Weaker then Mughals though. Although he has some Bahmanis land still to eat. After that who knows what he will do? ## B tier ### Andalusia Hard to judge a nation when its partly occupied. Took max loans, and has 48k in the bank meaning it will be a long time untill he will go into bankruptcy. During the war, Mutapa and malta broke free evil rebels. Recovery is at 4.7k atm and 131k manpower in the bank. Used a lot of military points to get professionalism which is now biting me in my ass because I can't take tech 25 yet. The army is a 437/728 which puts me only slightly behind Russia. Income is utter shit at 262 atm. Something something large part nation occupied. ### Yuan Won vs Russia; with the help of his allies. Then decided to do [THIS](https://i.imgur.com/qI1JzrM.jpg) like wtf man. Income is at 409; 3.3k recovery with a 369k max. FL is only 219/390 though. Still a lot better than the last session. Currently, you have 7k in the bank why not use that? At least he finally has his orthodox province haha. I was sad that the 8 dev war didn't happen though. Britain paid Russia off. ### Portugal Also defending Rûm, even moved his troops strategically before he declared. But guess what you got stack wiped HA. still, he currently has 240k active in the war. Is using merc cannons though like what. Income is at 523 FL is at 368/490 while at max mercs. Recovery improved to to 2.3 and max is at 213k. Using his diplomats to sabotage everybodys recruitment. Smh meanie. Guess he is safe though since Aztecs aren't fighting him and is his friend apparently. all of the new world hugboxing smh. ### Netherlands Winner of the herr gamer of the week. Accidently deleted his fleet when he wanted to split it. Automatically press c to when the pop up asked if he was sure. Yikes. At least its good for his income not having an army and navy. He is building a new fleet I wonder if they go for round 2! Income is at 957 and he is up to 24 atm while building up to 64 with what he has currently queued up. ## C tier ### Prussia See I didn't spoil anything even though I knew you were going to form Prussia. Who needs manpower when you are Prussia am I right? Recovery is at 3.4k and max is at 246k. FL went up to 266/318. Pretty good considered how you were a couple of sessions ago. Profited the most so far from the death of Ruthenia. Forming Prussia gave him the Prussian government ofc, currently, he is at 88 militarism. He also went espionage as the 6th idea haha. I guess he just wants to mess with people. Income is at 280 ### Japan Income went up to 254; 170 without the gbr subs. Manpower is still shit though. 1.3k recovery and 142k max. With a low FL of 120/156. He has 7k in the bank just like his BFF Yuan. Could use that to build conscription centers and training fields so he would be a bit more stronk. Just like Yuan he also is still using cav for some reason. Can farm all the estates (tbh I didn't check that for most ppl so no clue if there are more.) Caught up in tech and still a bit behind in ideas but slowly but certainly he's getting there. ### Texas There may be a session where Texas does not bankrupt, but it was not this session. Income went up to 220 while his manpower recovery wnt up to something, I'm sure it went up but currently, he has -100% due to bankruptcy and its at 1.5k a month. Max is at 422k though. FL is at 318/344. So when his bankruptcy is over (in 10 months, he will be pretty strong) ### Rûm It is also partly occupied so hard to judge. Recovery is at 2.3k atm with 284k max. At max mercs (well basically, he can recruit 14 more). Fl is at 152/368. The problem is he can't play the next session. So let's hope somebody can sub him (or not I don't mind muahahaha). Prepared for this war by building lots of forts. Luckily Aztecs are helping him out so he has a chance. Income is at 146; prob the one who goes bankrupt the first in this war. ## D tier ### Yo mamma Because she wants the D hahahahahah ## E tier ### Yo daddy Because he's still getting some esigarettes and emilk at the store.
