Turn two provinces in Western Africa into Shia and Ibadi (for two Sunni ones) to be able to flip Shia/Ibadi.
Slight nerf to Malaya Naval stuff (would remove Yearly Naval Tradition, cause it gives you an huge edge early to mid gamee), but if you are okay that it is a top 3 Naval nation (with GB and Alaska)
Slight buff to the Combat prowess of the Great Lakes formable (e.g. 20 ICA instead of 15)
Fix Rozvi Empire ideas (has the wrong idea set)
