## Public Service Announcement;
Go states-general. Honestly, I don't get why nobody in this game took it. How is at this point using a million prestige to get good heirs the better option? The only ones who get a pass are Ruthenia, because its mutually exclusive with Tsardom, Mughals because it's mutually exclusive with the Indian sultanate. Although the Indian Sultanate is on the border as well.

And I guess India might not want to go for it if they do Surya but even then it's suboptimal imo. All that prestige

## Boat boi ranking
### Iceland
The strongest boat boi! 91 heavies but way better quality than all those other nerds. It's a Pirate Life for Iceland. Income is only 162 tough so long term in a war I think he probably loses out but who cares. atm, he is the strongest boat boi.

### Great Britain (Dootch)
Has the potential to cut the dutch income by a lot if he wants to. Because of this, he is getting nearly 300 ducats a month in subs from him. This brings the income to 465. 100 heavies but higher quality so stronger then Netherlands and Malaya at sea atm. However, Iceland's Quality puts him above for the same reasoning.

### Malaya
More heavy ships then GBR or Netherlands, and higher-income then GBR at 566 a month. Then why am I rating him below GBR you ask? Quality. Sure he has finished Naval and Maritime. However, he lacks the 20% morale and 15% Heavy combat ability GBR has in its ideas. Combine that with that GBR can get another 5% morale from religious aspects on I think the 100 British heavies will beat the 134 Malaya heavies.

### Netherlands (Dootch)

His army is shit, I'm sure nobody is surprised there. His Navy tough its pretty big, 113 heavies with naval and he is finishing out Maritime. Clearly one of the big 4 navies wise.
He also has 92k in the bank. Run LVL 5 advisors!
When he finishes Maritime he will probably overtake Malaya on the boat boi list.

### Taiwan (Dootch)
Only 33 heavies and they aren't upgraded. Should go quality next so his quality would be up there together with Iceland (freaking pirates). For now, he is the weakest boat boi goodbye.

## S Tier

### Ruthenia (Belgium, speaks Dootch)
Almost 2mil manpower with 15.7k recovery a month (with edicts on). 507 income and 986/951 FL.
But more importantly, he's under a PU with Ottomans lol. F his power projection. He has 7 more years to break free. While he might be able to win vs Ottomans alone (and probably pretty easily get his independence with this ruleset) if the allies of the Ottomans commit just to meme (Mughals, Hungary, Hannover) that could mean bad news for Mr. Ruthenia.

### Ottoman
1.2m manpower and 12.2k recovery (with edicts on). Income is 530 but his FL means he has a decent edge over Ruthenia in that regard at 1188/1200. However, he has less manpower, lower quality, and Anatolian troops. While he can put up a fight for a long time. leading to prob both Ruthenia and Ottomans bankrupting, I give the edge to Ruthenia.

## A Tier

### Mughals (Dootch)
Best of the rest hype!
940 Income and is giving 200 of that to the USA. What a nice lad. Buildings built 30k in the bank. 525k max manpower with 5.2k recovery is a long way from the top bois. The problem for this is that he has 300 less manpower dev then the ottomans and 600 less then Ruthenia. Could pop golden era and dev cheaply in Gujarat (if you also make world ports and adm tech 23) but that's up to him. 973/902 FL. So that part is closer at least.

### Vijayanagar (Dootch)
Last time I made a tier list Vijayanagar was the best of the rest. How the mighty have fallen. 603k max manpower so a bit higher then Mughals. FL is 756/810 so a bit lower then Mughals. Vij's ideas mean he has more mercs though hmmm. I honestly don't know him and Mughals are very close to each other. 893 income btw.

## B Tier

### Nepal (Dootch)
The final Indian. He is mean and people should give infinite money to Japan to fight him. Just saying.
Income is at 380, 428k max manpower and 287/608 FL. It looks like he bled a good amount fighting me on all fronts, except the money front. 4 cannons stacks? Wow, ambitious boi. Looking strong. Allies with all his neighbors except one who he is fighting. He needs money to build all his conscription centers but as soon as those finishes he should make a good jump FL wise.

### Hungary
296 income, could be improved a bit by assigning burgers to COTS and upgrading to stock exchanges. But I didn't do the math so I'm not sure how long it takes him to earn it back. 816k Max manpower. Third highest in the game. His income and relatively low FL (540/508) means I put him here. Also, he's Frenchies bitch boi so there's that.

### Hannover
A cool half mil max manpower (actually its 497k but let's be honest here we can just round it up so leeroy feels better about himself, it was his birthday a couple days ago you know). 504/489 FL. Tried to kill Frenchie a couple times now but it seems like Hungary isn't ready to let him die, nor is the Netherlands. Maybe changing the merchant from Krakow to Rhineland is worth it?
Needs help to beat France and Hungary, maybe Prussia can be convinced in exchange for not helping Ottomans?

### Prussia (Dootch)
551k max manpower, the army is relatively small at 396/376. Then again, its Prussia. About to dev a shit ton more it seems but where is the question; it needs land. It's only at 14 states. The income is at 256. Not one of the major players in Europe. Big enough to change the balance in favor of one side.

## C tier

### France
Wow very cool actually built stuff. I'm impressed! Still behind in ideas and tech but at least he dropped exploration. Are you trying to trigger the 10% disc event to attack Hannover? If not might want to swap out of the lvl 3 disc advisor. Skanderbeg says you haven't had it yet. 325k max manpower 223/218 FL. Focus your missionary man so you can make metropolitans.
Also congrats on making Hungary your bitch boi.

### Sweden
320k max manpower 252/220 FL. Took a clear beating from Prussia and Ruthenia and it shows. Can't stand up to either of them without help and who is willing to help them? Hungary already let him die last war so his only hope is maybe the Ottomans? But if he helps the Ottomans vs Ruthenia he will just die vs Prussia. 172 income a month also doesn't help. It needs help from somebody. A land power like Hannover or Hungary to help vs Prussia.

## D tier

### Ayuthaya
This man is a really nice guy. Seriously. I was going bankrupt and he just kept giving me gifts and we kept telling him I was going bankrupt anyway so he shouldn't because it's just wasting money. But the madlad just didn't stop.
His income is at 266 but his army is pretty weak. 120k max manpower and 136/178 FL is not ideal. His income has a huge boost because he has part of Malacca.

### Japan (Dootch)
Fyren Bully! I got attacked by Nepal last session. Sure he told me beforehand and he gave me 5 years to prepare but still. FYREN YOU BULLY. Lost a total of 11 provinces to Nepal in 2 wars (one of which was a truce break when bankrupt). According to Byzantic, I could have held the first war if I had enough money (spoilers, I didn't). Income is at 112 because of pirates and the general state of japan being a shithole atm.
386k max manpower and 237/467 FL is oke relative to the rest of the world not that bad though. Just gib money, please.

### USA (Dootch)
336 income thanks to 200 a month from subsidies from daddy Mughals. (Dootch hugboxing mutch?). He spends the money wisely though, the land is built up the same with the Centre of trades. Although you did forget Curacao, what kind of dutch forgets Curacao? Next thing you will tell me you don't want any land in Indonesia? 157k max manpower and 142/162 FL. pretty decent considering he has 30 provinces.

## E tier
### Ethiopia
Oh shit oh fuck at rulers death we get another PU. He's a general as well.
130 income, 121k max manpower 120/134 FL. So god damn nice tough. Just like Ayutthaya, this mad lad is just giving everybody money who asks.
Declare war on Provence just for the province of Fezzan so your name gets bigger, currently, you have 9/18 provinces bordering Central Sahara
Look at that big boi Ethiopia.

### Inca
140 income, 82k max manpower and 162/190 FL. [Biggest sadness about this nation is that no European bothered taking its capital yet. I DEMAND THE SEPA INCA. ](https://i.imgur.com/N0o3yKY.jpg).
But yeah low manpower due to low manpower dev and not a lot of building slots.

### Provence
99 income. 145k max manpower and 140/143 FL. Better statistics and should beat Britanny in a 1v1 however Britanny's quality is better atm due to Provence not having quality and having exploration.

### Britanny
Gerald took it over last session! Almost Caught up on tech! Not sure if having your troops with no maintenance on the Provence border is a good idea; considering you made propaganda against them for the contest.
93 income and 65k max manpower 114/116FL.
Upgrade your nation. Use the 1k money you have to build LVL 2 cots and upgrade your marketplaces. Use that to kickstart your economy.
PS: you know Naples has been occupied by rebels for 41 years now right? 100 devastation kekw.
