- Change declare war on subject rule to include 1) longer time and 2) Add a rule that it is only valid for vassals on different continents. or 3) add a rule that if the vassal is on the same continent the time increases a lot.
- Make Colonisers also use an insult to take land in the new world.
- Pause when the "insult stuff" needs to be done.
- Be in war just to lower warscore (aka not fighting)
- join a war just for revanchism
- selling land so somebody cant make a wargoal on you (bohemia)
- change the wording for the CN rule so that it if you can declare war on the overlord directly you dont have to use the insult cb.
- Not collecting anywhere.
- Conflict on interest rule (subs from duoing nations nearby/dead nations need to be approved by mods)
- Force overlords to release PU's
- change the PU casus beli rules (maybe give 10 years to gain independence)
- 2 majors and 3 minors for signups.
- Make role specific role to ping about the campaign.
- Enfore the 18:00 start time more, and give punishments to people that show up late without valid reason
