## Herr gamer moments of session 5!

### Papal conquest of Milan
Pope decided to not help Milan in the defense against his Ally France. Afterward, he declares on Milan himself. This meant he lost all his allies except for France. He then proceeded to lose the war since Cologne helped Milan out. I think Milan actually truce broke into the Pope after the war although i could be wrong. So he declared a war thinking it would be easy, lost horrible got ganked by the R gang since he now has no allies and after that Andalusia. Not the best idea in hindsight.

## S Tier

### France
France still beats Mughals on income and development. However not by much, income is at 270 and with full maintenance he is making a profit of 70 (50 from reinforcements yikes)
This is partly due to him currently having full control of Genoa when the wars vs the pope and Milan end he won't have total control anymore. He will have a good chunk sure but not total control so his income will, on short term drop a little. Currently at 136k manpower with 172k max, so he has regained his nr1 spot in that regard, FL is much lower then Mughals at 200. Nation has been build up the opposite of Mughals, most manufactories and a lot of workshops have been built. This means that he can still build around 100 regimental camps, if he builds them he would have around equal FL of the Mughals without having Quantity. I assume he is going for either Innovative or Diplomatic next but who knows, both are good options tbh.

### Mughals
Finished quantity which means he gets an additional 50% force limit. Now let's take a guess how big his army will be I'm going to take a totally random guess of 325. Damn, I'm good! His FL is actually 325! Currently only has 12k manpower in the bank with a max of 156k. Now that might seems low but he has a standing army of 270k, all manpower troops. He has 7 states not being used, even if he doesn't want to full core states he should still assign them just for the 50% autonomy cap (and maybe prosperity). I assume he is saving up his Admin to hit tech 14 on time and start filling out his next idea. What will the idea be though? He has a trade network already set up so maybe trade, then again innovative for the 20% ICA is always a good pick up. Still, he had a pretty easy session and it shows grew a ton in strength both income and army wise. Making a profit of 65 (250 bruto) currently while on full maintenance and giving subsidies for the trade deals. Ànother point that will make sure he will remain a big boi is the fact that his workshops and manufactories aren't done yet. Nearly all regimental camps are done but he needs a lot more barracks, workshops, and manus. Clearly, the player isn't the smartest though, imagine going over your naval force limit, like hallo? you are just throwing money away!

## A Tier
### Bahmanis
Finished trade. While that means he makes a nice 160 a month. It also means his army is significantly weaker than all his neighbors. His next pickup needs to be a military idea, preferably quality. Still, with a FL of 115, he ain't weak. He is just weaker than both his neighbors. Although neither of them is strong enough to 2v1 (although actually maybe Mughals are yikes). He can press the free corruption button and instantly get rid of it thanks to his piety but he might want to wait until he takes the next tech until he does that. 60 points are 60 points. Just so you know the persinate empire is really cool gives you advisor discount and yearly prestige. You just have to kill Mughals for that ez pz. Not in the best shape building wise.

### Great Britain
Still hasn't kicked the Netherlands out of The Hague. I guess he wants a spot to keep all the international Agencies? Can squeeze some more ducats out of trade but not by a lot and it varies a lot so shrug maybe just keep it like this. My guess for the next idea group is probably naval or Trade, depending on if he notices the Malaya navy. Income is at 170 lower than France and Mughals but higher than the rest in this tier. His army, however, is shit. But, does he need one? He has France. Currently, ha has 35 heavies which are enough for now but I'm still looking at you guys Indonesia.

### Rum
Had a very good session, he didn't fight any wars but managed to make great progress with his income. While the demise of the Venetian trade ships certainly helped with that. His control of Constantinopel also increased by a lot simply by assigning burgers and upgrading cots. Fl is at 108 Max manpower is at 125k both are reached. The nation is still very barebone with buildup. But only so much can happen in one session. Allied to all his neighbors except the pope. Didn't jump on him as everybody else did though. Maybe because he is behind Admin tech? and over Diplo limit already? Still, Greece would be sweet even if just to increase hold over Constantinople. You know how to increase your income by like 25? Give the printing press to Mughals! Authors note: Yes I'm an idiot I did not see Livonian order was already doing that.

### Bengal
Income nearly doubled to 112 in this session. Still a long way off from the top boys. He has however stabilized his nation! Converted all of it to Hindu so that helps. 10/10/14 tech is a bit yikes. But hey at least he can use a spy network to steal tech form somebody who is up to date like Timurids right, (he chose Russia which I was going to reee at him for but they only share 1 tech with Timurids and are actually his rival so that's prob the better choice). Fl is 127 with a max manpower 92k. He is near his max so he prob should recruit some troops just so he doesn't waste the manpower. Has trade edicts on in all the states with a COT so that's good. Maybe collecting in Siam would net him more money in the short term but that would legit be taking money out of his allies pockets and taking some himself and giving some to Bahmanis. You know if both you and Malaya don't send boats the resulting trade power in malacca is about equal. And you can then use your boat for something more productive. Or just both keep spamming boats in Malaya that's cool too. I looked at his buildings build. I regret that. His nation regrets that. His buildings don't regret that BECAUSE HE HAS NONE.

### Russia
F your golden era. At least you used it to get out of debt and mostly catch up in tech. Still everybody please ping Andrex and tell him you are sorry for his loss (@Andrex#5494 ) for your lazy fuckers. His god-tier general also died, so damn I'm 90% sure his whole nation is mourning his loss. Max manpower is at 155k bit low for Russia, that is also because he didn't go for quantity. His FL is the third highest in the world currently at 174. Needs to revoke from the land from the Burgers else they will coup. I know what you are thinking you can still wait a bit maybe you are going to get an event that lowers their influence right? Why yes that is possible, but what is more likely? You getting that event or you forget about it and you are suddenly in a coup? He is manifest destiny away into Siberia and made a deal with Yuan for pretty borders. He, unironically, has about the same amount of buildings as Bengal. Aka barely anything.

## B Tier

### Aztecs
Income is now at 140, decided to join the list of war criminals by invading Inca. Greeded in that war but managed to make it. Has a stack of 141k drilling while they have a strength of "only" 37k. I guess that's what's left of the Incan invasion force. FL is at 151 Got his inflation down to used that banked up money to make buildings I assume (since he also popped the mission) Let's have a looksie! 0 regimental camps, 0 barracks, 0 workshops but 16 Manufactories. I assume he is going to kill of Inca in the next session and take the gold for himself. Going to prob pick up either offensive or quantity for the next idea group. Both will increase his force limit even further. Max manpower is at 111k but he currently has a manpower deficit of 100k. Although with 51 army professionalism banked he can get around 300k from that alone if needed.

### Poland
Well, I guess his income went up. It's a whopping 60 right now. Getting the Polish Crown age-ability will certainly help with that. is at 16 ideas meaning he doesn't have his discipline and morale from his NI yet. Prob won't get them for some while either since he doesn't want to lag behind in mil tech I assume. Speaking of tech, 10/9/13. That's probably the worst tech in the world if you don't count Haidas 1/1/1. I'm going to round down and say he has 0 buildings. (oke technically he has like 10 in total but...) Currently making a spy network in France, prob for the tech discount but still, it's only at 12 strength. 76 FL and 126k max manpower. Max manpower is pretty good compared to everybody else, especially considering he is only at 40% patriarchy. Popped the high-income mission although i assume that was AI (still sucks though). This session did him good, but he's far from as strong as he could and should be.

### Andalusia
Best. Nation. Ever. Income is at 97 right now, just shy of 100. Desperately needs to make a trade deal with either Great Britain or France or both. Eating up west Africa and started integrating his subject with the gold. Please for the love of god though, stop giving him more land. It already going to take 40 years to integrate him. Currently at max manpower while having mercs. Having some mercs ain't bad but you have FL to spare (67/150) so build some manpower troops. He can take mil points and dip points from the estates. What an idiot. Has built a decent amount of regimental camps, manus and workshops are lacking though. Spend a lot of money last session swapping 2 government reforms and still has 2 corruption left. After that though start building those manus!

### Yuan
Yes, dear reader, one has entered the name. Thanks to a trade deal with Mughals Juan actually makes 80 ducats now. Still massively behind in tech through 9/10/13, my prediction? Little Mexican Yuanita will just sit on his ass for the rest of the game, catch up in tech and then start deving his Chinese farmlands. His unit types are still horde which is terrible. Has a whopping total of 3 workshops, 25 temples (a lot in Mongolian land cough cough mods should prob have a spot that and deleted them lucky boy) and 6 marketplaces! So he basically has 3 good buildings. Yuan has 92 FL and 112k max manpower. Considering he has 160 provinces and will prob end up with around 200 he has the potential for a monstrous economy and force limit. Will everybody leave him alive for that long though?

## C Tier

### Hosokawa
Japan has been unified! Congrats! I wonder why he hasn't clicked the form Japan button though. [Ohw, that's why.](https://gyazo.com/66f3110a2accfc16182d92a61f8e1774) That's really unlucky haha. Especially since his ally is fixing the problem in 2 days. Literally 2! days. He would have formed Japan if the game went on for 10 more seconds damn. Income is 61. Tech still way behind but at least he has a whole 6! ideas now so that's nice I guess? Should prob dev up his gold mine to at least 10. I know you are behind on Diplo but dem monies. Has built a lof of workshops but nothing besides that.

### Kilwa
Kilwa is under new management. Hi Fyren! Deleted most of the forts and is slowly, very slowly getting that inflation down. Is saving up money to pop the build a treasury mission I think so it will go down faster. Still behind in tech by 6, with the new tech in a year, it's more like 9 techs behind. Has built a decent amount of workshops and barracks! Only the manus and regimental camps are still lacking. Income is at 84 I think it went down from the last session? Fl is low at 54. Now dear readers you would think it would be easy pickings for everybody around him right? free land is free! Well, he allied both the Mughals and Bahmanis so ain't nobody touching that. Is paying protection money to the Mughals even.

### Malaya
Malaya has an income of 96 and a Fl of 30/72. Now with that out of the way; he has 28 heavies! Sending his light to compete with his ally Bengal in Malacca. Seriously guys just make a deal about it! Only behind in admin tech, which actually hurts him a lot. He needs that tech 14 for the really good manufactories. As soon as he hits tech 14 he can build so many spicy ones (pun intended). Just FYI, there is a European that can trigger the decline of the spice trade you might want to give him some money so he doesn't, it can trigger from 1600 onwards and that almost! ### Sweden
Blue? Check. France puppet? Check. Ah, its France bitchboi time! Had a pretty good session income went up to 53 although 10 of those are subsidies. Fl also went up to 47, almost 2 whole combat width which can actually be pretty big with his infantry combat ability. Going to get another 36 development from Kopenhagen soon which is nice. Looking better then I expected tbh. Now the final test though, how much dev do you have. Is freedom within your reach? He has 300 dev! what do you guys think does France have at least 1200? ## D Tier

### Inca
Attacking Portugal like a chad, the problem is he is pushing into Terra Incognito so it's going to be slow, and painful but he has a good chance of winning. Merc cannons. yikes. Income is at 60 and inflation is at 28. He is prob going to go bankrupt after this war but until then he ain't that weak. Up to date with military tech but he has only 4 ideas so his troops are not that good. Luckily neither are his enemies.

### Netherlands
Best nation ever clearly so why is it not S tier? Well because I'm judging the nation in this game called eu4. IRL tier list would obviously be on top. Here, however, its at 40 ducats of income. The army doesn't really matter since he only has islands pretty much. He has 10 heavies and allied to daddy Great Britain for safety. So he should be safe for now. Also has one of the best government reforms, that sweet 10% trade efficiency for a tier 1 is so damn good (10% heavy combat ability helps too).

### Makassar
Yes, I know of Brazil, ofc I do what kind of idiots do you think life in Makassar. How to get there? Well, fuck I don't know that's not important i guess there either land or see in between you figure that one out of yourself. Income is at 51 and is working together with Malaya still, no reason to break it since he's way stronger. Behind on tech and just like his big brother he really needs that tech 14 for those good manufactories. Lol, his fleet is called Black pearl. I can respect that.

### Georgia
South wall migrated a bit west, what will his plan be? Who knows? Is it the world's best-kept secret? No it is not every knows what he is doing they announced it even. He is trying to form Romania, but why would he dear reader? to be part of the R gang ofc. Income is at 36, still way behind in tech but he has 14 ideas at least. Fl is at 56 but nobody cares about that. Let's take a look at his fort defense! It's at 50% without terrain and edicts, so around 100% in mountains. yikes.

### Livonian Order
Income is at 74, pretty damn good, right? 25 of that is from the Mughals knowledge sharing. Heavily in debt, so you know what I should do then? Spend 12 ducats converting a 96% autonomy province. 29! Inflation, I don't get why he didn't just bankrupt when his cores finished at the start of the session. His fort defense, without terrain and edicts, is just slightly higher then Georgias at 55% due to his 100 power projection. I like how he has one gally, just to show off to all the nations that have no navy at all. I wonder who would win, Livonians navy or the polish navy. The Polish navy is double in size but they are transports, then again their coast is all inland sea. So many questions I cant wait for this epic battle.

### Pope
Winner of the Herr gamer of the week! Decided not to defend Milan vs France, and when the war vs France ended declare on Milan in the hope to get some easy land. Milan didn't go into bankruptcy yet though and with the help from the HRE boys, Milan actually won and took some good land. The R gang then jumped on him as well to get some land for Georgia so he can form Romania. Currently almost fully occupied by Andalusia, Seems destined to slowly be carved up by everyone around him.

### Frisian Mexico
Such a shit hole even the game thinks he's a zero. OHW BURN (his tag is c00 yes I'm very funny thank you reader who is literally laughing out loud right now). When this colonial nation was formed Friesland tired to be its overlord. They quickly played an Uno card and vassalised Friesland. Poor Friesland who will give us fries now? Income is at 27, Fl is at 67 though. Not gonna lie more then I expected. I see that claim on the tip btw. Don't you dare!

### Portugal
Portugal is still around people, yes I thought they would have died by now too but guess not. I could talk about income, max manpower, Fl stuff like that. Wouldnt give a good picture though. Currently getting invaded by the Incas who are just trying to run away from the Aztecs. It seems like they just lost a major battle though and they are in full retreat. Back to the safety of the 1! fort Portugal has.

### Milan
Fought like a champ, he really did. About to go into bankruptcy and when he does this war is definitely over. Retreated to Switzerland for the forts but "The West" will just wait until he goes into bankruptcy. A 100 peace deal will be the end for his forts and any hope he can defend in the future.

## E Tier

### Cologne
Lost 100% vs France, unconditional so that Milan wouldn't lose his mountain forts. Saw how effective those mountain forts so decided to build forts EVERYWHERE. No joke 25 provinces 12 forts and he is building 2 more. It seems pretty dead unless he does some master Diplo this week but I highly doubt.

### Brunei
The drums of war marched onward. Brunei said to here, and no further. He is valiantly defending Portugal from the Incan Hordes. Will they be able to stop him though? Income is only 21, ideas arnt for land warfare, so will they together with their Portugees allies manage to turn the tide or are they doomed.

### Haida
Please stay tech 1/1/1 for the entire game. It would be the best meme ever if you somehow managed to survive. Can build some nice Three sisters fields, and if that sentence made sense to you I'm sorry for the pain you had to endure. He's just doing natives things, colonizing, relaxing, dying to smallpox. You know the usual.

### Denmark
Denmark has a ghost army. Shits scary yo. I mean you all watched the lord of the rings right? We all know what can happen if he unleashes the army full of ghosts they murder all the bad guys (Sous you better start running). He wants to exile but he has too much dev in Kopenhagen so he needs to wait until his truces run out so they can take it from him by force.

### Wichita
