# Session 7 Tier list Before: ![](https://i.imgur.com/kOV1BDU.png) After: ![](https://i.imgur.com/bpY45Na.png) ## Herr gamer moments ### Andalusian Rival Ok, so I'm going to declare war on Rûm time to built up a bit oh hey a whisper, hey it's Leeroy telling me to attack rum well leeroy I'm going to just let me recruit and merc up a bit oke? now oke where was I, balance all the stacks have a bit, leave some cannons in Kongo to push trough there ohw a whisper, yes Freienstein I'm building up to attack rûm just gimme a sec, uh... right ohw his army is a bit weaker when I look at rivals very good don't set it as rival yet because then he knows now to merc up a bit so I can assault, hu sorry what did you say Andrex? you want me to attack Rûm well shit I can't say I'm going to invoice else he might find out anyway mercs to the front, make the claim, and WAR ITs assault time pff luckily you guys didn't make me forget anything. *Looks at Rivals* REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I FORGOT THE RIVAL. ### 4 Dev War Seriously this was such an odd war. Andrex wanted a 4 dev province to fill out his state. Peli didn't want to give it so Andrex declared. Mughals AI joined and kicked Andrex ass, Rûm joined on Yuan's side and marched to China to help. Georgia then sieged down Rûm and he white peaced out. Mughals AI peaced out because AI gonna AI. Yuan was almost in rage to stab hit Andrex but then without Rûm and Mughals help he lost. He lost a lot more than 4 dev though, although Russia also bled for it. Nepal also joined btw but peaced out because he didn't care about 4 dev and then he got mad at Andrex because he took more. Seriously wtf was this war. ## S tier ### France Bla bla bla 913 income,680/771 FL, you all know the drill. Now let's see how we could improve France even more. So much unaccepted culture, you have spent a total of 251 dip on culture conversions. Every unaccepted culture gives 33% manpower reduction. You went for the Administrative policies over 5 Max absolutism and +.1 absolutism a year, why. Its all about how strong your army at this point in the game Absolutism gives disc, it would be a .25 extra disc. Sure its minor but hey, not like you are ever going to run 4 admin policies. Pickup of trade means more money yes but its showing right now; you don't have inno meaning you don't have the 20% ICA, sure you will prob pick it up next idea group but then you cant pick up Diplo for the mercs. Trade does nothing for your army afaik. Destroy Tempels in Italy and built barracks. You need manpower recovery you are second in that regard atm (6.9k a month) ### Aztecs Dropped expansion very nice! Now has the "Meta" idea set of quantity, eco, quality, inno, and offensive. 100% Professionalism means he, atm, has a manpower pool of 4.3 Million. His manpower recovery is 7.6k a month the highest in the world atm. Could build a lot more barracks but for some reason, he doesn't want to dev tropical jungles. Income is at 498 (FFS noob not even at 500) and he is giving 100 of that to Ruthenia, speaking of Ruthenia Casually has 450k there just chilling. One thing I never understood from Distinct; his stacks, they are so random. It's not even that bad this game he only has 32 (CW) and 40 (for reasons) but still. Similarly to France, I would destroy some temples (well only 2 but and maybe in Inca land) still 2 FL is 2 FL which prob is like 4. Currently, you hare at 600/570 FL ### Great Britain 1.2k Income. Gotta say you are a much better Gbr then I was! 206 heavies atm but isn't uncontested on the seas he won vs the Indonesians but they still have 189 heavies combined. Plus his Ally Netherlands, whose quality is similar to Britains has 150 heavies atm. He has some sailor problems though currently losing about 200 a month. So he needs Maritime, maybe even built some *shivers* docks. Maybe also try to trigger the English civil war? Gotta get rid of that English Monarchy. ## A tier ### Russia Russia with the 4th highest manpower in the world. My head is shaking! It's at 3765. FL is also relatively low; 340/392, however with a click on the magic button he can go up to 511 FL! Income is at 265 didn't go up (cough cough COT in Kiev cough cough marketplace). Culture map mode is painful to watch. Used up all the missions that give him morale etc. Currently, you are using an lvl3 disc advisor I assume you want to trigger the event and then declare war on somebody? Juicy, your effective disc is already the second-highest behind Rûm. (mostly due to that 97 AT damn). 3/4 estates disloyal very cool. You still have a ton of good manus to built so I assume you will just go after Peli again instead and lose to AI Mughals again. ### Nepal The good old days when you could fight wars with just 105k troops remember those? Well if you call in daddy Mughal you to can get this Power in 1653! Going Telugu and when the current conversions and he takes 100% from Bahmanis with only Teluga culture he will end up with needing around 200 dev more to swap. And then he will get that sweet sweet 5% disc and 10% ICA (and -5% dev cost). It has cost him a lot of dip to culture convert twice though. 5k in the bank but he is not using it for some reason, even though he has a shit ton of regimental camps barracks and manus still to built. Income is at 288 with 122 subs from Great Britain, I assume part of this is due to the wear and part due to a trade deal so no clue how big his income is. Still, he is using that money on full-priced level 4-5-4 advisors. FL is at 105/227. 185 provinces means he needs monies. ### Mughals AI Mughals single-handedly beat Russia cmv. His AI took like 8k or something loans to beat them though. Then because AI gonna AI it white peaced out. Currently no loans, no manpower (can slacken once) and max mercs (you have mercs in Magrib to fight rebels I assume? while your manpower troops are in Bahmanis). Income is at 371, 85 of those are subs from GBR so I assume those are just for the war since I don't see a trade deal. I assume you have -34 prestige because of a disinherit (since you just won a war). 377/393 FL he has a 5% morale mission which I assume he will fire when Russia comes knocking again. He has another one locked behind land that Bahmanis has (and Nepal but I assume he won't get those). ## B tier ### Netherlands 150 heavies, second biggest fleet in the world and quality-wise a serious contender. Quality is still behind the British but not by much, 5% heavy combat ability and around 10% morale (and dutch courage gives 10% morale for the flagship) means they are a strang naval power. Currently allied with Great Britain but no clue if that will last. Income is at 470 and he is giving 160 of that away in subsidies. 2 techs off from new heavies, if I was the Netherlands and I was planning on backstabbing I would take that ahead of time and fight with new heavies vs Great Britain (or well try to). ### Rûm Fighting Andalusia. I think its the first war he has to manage multiple stacks but he is learning fast! While in the war vs Russia he used artillery in every stack, now he has a dedicated artillery stack. Still made a big oof in the first big battle (cannons arrived separate with infantry and they arrived before the infantry) which meant he lost a couple more forts quickly. Still, he regrouped in Anatolia and won a big battle there, couldn't capitalize on it with pushing back but it did stop the Andalusian push. Yuan is helping him a bit but got his main stack wiped and AI is just pouring in mercs right now. Die Krieg is nicht verloren! Can't comment on income and manpower recovery since well, his heartland is halve occupied. ### Andalusia It seems to be winning the war vs Rûm but freaking china keeps showing up. Tbh I might still lose even Skanderbeg says Rûm is stronger than me. Income went up to 250, currently losing money because of the war. FL is at 375/317. Manpower recovery is at 2.7k with a max of 241k. Currently, Low on manpower for obvious reasons. Both the religious and culture map mode look hideous if only somebody didn't steal my defender of the faith (cough cough Russia cough cough). ### Ruthenia The war to end all wars finally happened. France declared on Ruthenia. Before that, the Wall was dismantled since the player had to leave meaning France directly bordered him. The war was brief but bloody. France got stack wiped a couple of times the beacons were lid but Russia failed to answer the call since he was busy in the 4 dev war. Well, he accepted the CTA but never actually fought I think. In the end, Russia and France ended up allying. This meant Ruthenia was in a bit of a problem so he looked to the new world for help, and they did help! He is getting a lot of subsidies, combined with his bankruptcy built his manpower is at max 573k with just shy of 5k recovery a month. Pretty damn good. FL is at 307/324. The bankruptcy did set him back on ideas though he is only at 3/7 with offensive. Income thanks to the subs is at 240. ## C tier ### Yuan Peli reee let me fight Rûm alone. You made me lose a battle in Anatolia the war would have been over already Reeeee. ### Bahmanis Well shit. Tried to fight Mughals when Nepal rivaled him so they couldn't ally. Did a good job but it was not a war he could not win. Instantly after the war, he declared on Napels, who by then had allied Mughals meaning he instantly was at war with Mughals again who now cant core the land he took, combined with fact that they now have to pay Diplo points for everything they want to take. Currently, he is at 173/305 FL, he is basically at his merc limit (3 left) and he is even using some merc cannons; Leeroy is out of fucks to give. He unironically could win vs Napel in the current state since Nepal hardly committed. (also there are British in the south). ### Malaya They tried a preemptive strike against Japan and Great Britain. It didn't work out in the end. Still has 73 heavies left, got overtaken by the Netherlands in that regard. Currently only has 34% power in Malacca, something something 160 British Ships. As revenge, he is pirating the Ivory coast without a privateer flagship though. That could add another 25% privateer efficiency. Although I assume that as soon as the truce is up Britain will declare again. This time maybe even with Nepal. Income is 167. Without naval superiority and Nepal on its border, it seems not made for this world for long. ### Yuan Reee Peli let me fight Rûm alone. Max manpower is at 206k with a recovery of 2k. Income is at 190 and his AI hired pretty much all his mercs to fight Andalusia. Caught op on tech and mostly on ideas so his troops aren't utter shit anymore but still worse than pretty much everybody since he is still 8 ideas behind. The nation isn't built up at all. Russia might be coming knocking for round 2 when the truce is up. So do some built up and don't fight me reeeee. ### Portugal Jezus 3/5 colonies are also gold. God damn you make a lot of gold man. All that gold means your income is at 276 right now. Prob going to finish all the colonizing next session. Manpower is low though at max 123k and recovery of 1.3k. Is prob going to drop either exploration or expansion next session depending if he goes for army or naval? ### Georgia Once upon a time, there were 2 Georgias, the one in the Caucasus and the one in the Balkan. The Balkan Georgia was newer but more powerfull, slowly but certainly, he was imposing its cultural identity on the Caucasus one. This caused tension between the Georgias and a civil war seemed imminent. King Giorgi knew this, he was from the Caucasus side but he knew his nation was split in two. So he took action. He marched into Rûm with its army while they were busy fighting Andalusia. This came as a complete shock to the Rûm forces, their long-time neighbor was always a friend, sure relations have become worse over recent years but still. With a decisive victory for Georgia over the Rûm forces, the Padishah saw no choice but to bow to Georgia's demands. Which demands you might ask? To become united, to become one Georgia. With that, his income also went up to 193 and 170/164 FL. Still weaker than all his neighbors but he certainly grew a lot! He has manus and workshops almost everywhere but his land is all low dev so no room for barracks and regimental camps. ### Texas Texas definitely went for Army though! Why aren't you spying on Great Britain for the tech? you hare 4 dip techs behind. Max manpower is at 161k with a 1.7k recovery. Still pretty weak. Income is at 180 though and his FL is at 181/214. His army quality isn't the best yet, sure texas ideas are good but he still needs the lest offensive idea and he still has expansion meaning he doesn't have all the policies. ### Sweden The goal is to have 10 manpower in every province Gasputin, not 10 admin. Fully drilled up an army with 100 Army professionalism. Naice. As a French bitchboi he got the nice provinces of Danzig and Konigsburg (cough cough subjects can form Prussia cough cough). At least get to 1 stab smh cant grow prosperity like this. Income is at 160. 167/176 FL. 126k max manpower though is low with 1.6k recovery. Sure you have 100 professionalism so you have a bank but that also means you cant merc up. ## D tier ### Makassar Always fun to get a new neighbor right! Although I'm not sure how happy Makassar is with his new neighbor Great Britain. As with all Indonesians, we don't care about Army over here (although delete some troops you are 52/40FL just wasting money this way). 67 heavies (UNUPGRADED REEE) and an income of 102. I see no reason to keep expansion anymore; might even want to drop it for exploration for the 20% engagement width or for another idea that gives you naval policies. Didn't aim to get the Create a grand fleet mission. 10% morale is 10% morale. ### Japan Japan loses 100% warscore, income stays the same. Japan wins 100% warscore income stays the same. How? Fuck if I know. It is at 75. 60/70 FL. For some reason, you picked up Naval. Why? No clue. I mean you won't win vs the Indonesians on your own you need Great Britain for that. And if you have Great Britain on your side you don't need Naval yourself. You are drilling, should prob stop that and use the money you save to upgrade your nation. Max manpower is low at 104k and 1k recovery. ## E tier ### Thirteen colonies 96 income thanks to daddy Britain. 57/57 FL. Why do you have 21 heavies? You are a subject of Great Britain. You don't have the economy to sustain those men. Your national focus should always be on military ### Brunei Feliz, you did it, you are last! Income is 51, which is shit. 49 heavies are pretty good though but yeah they aren't upgraded in fact they are still carracks. THAT'S TECH 9 REEE. I suddenly know how you guys lost so hard vs Great Britain.
