Tier list r/Europe session 2

## SS Tier

### Ottomans

I was going to make them the top S tier but that doesn't do him justice. Made swift work of the Mamluks, I think the Mamluks just gave up the first war because that one was over so fast. Made it down to the Sinai now and is going to feast on Egypt. Income went up to 56.8 and forcelimit went up to 68/85. The only problem is the low manpower but since he is allied with
Hungary Poland Muscovy and Timurids he won't be attacked anytime soon. All those allies are costing him 3 dip a month though. Currently has a siege ability of 56.4%!because he took offensive Also moved into Italy so I'm curious how that plays out.

## S tier

### Timurids

39/57 FL but out of manpower currently, he is eating into India. Took the long way to Delhi via Sindh. His ally Jaunpur took Delhi so unless there is a backstab there won't be a Mughals soon. Only real power near him that can contest him is Vijayanagar. Income looking good at 55. Currently is second with .01 morale less then Otomo. Could get another 10% from his mission (which also gives him a 4/5/3/1)

### Vijayanagar

Highest income in the world currently at 69 and 50/67 FL. Also allied with Jaunpur causing a strange situation. -20k manpower, would have to rely heavily on mercs if Timmie comes knocking now. It has Shiva as diety where IIRC Surya is the best one for monarch points, although that is at the very least debatable.

### Aragon

Decided that having 2 crowns was not enough and forced the PU on player Castille. Max manpower so should prob spend some since 20/39 FL is not filled yet. Income at 46. Eating into the genoa node unopposed. Also has a magic button to instantly integrate Castille which will put him only slightly behind the Ottomans dev wise but before Vijayanagar.

## A tier

### Poland
Currently has the second biggest army 43/46 behind his ally the ottomans. Income is 28 but should go up since he has a lot of high autonomy lands and even took the goldmine from Bohemia. Rebels about to pop and has low maintenance. No good forts tough, so if he and the Ottomans would be at war he would be overrun quickly.

### Muscovy
Made some border gore in Sweden. Income lowish at 23. 43/45 FL but out of manpower. Seems to be at odd with Transoxiana who's Bashkira is reaching into Kazan. That is his only human rival left in the area. With Sweden dying and Poland and Ottomans his allies. It is probably going to consolidate Crimea, Great Horde, and his vassals. After that, I expect a war with Transoxiana. Interesting what Timmie will do then.

### Hungary
Also attacked into the HRE and took Vienna. Cored Bosnia ages ago but never made it a state. income at 20 meaning he can't afford his army 24/34. really behind on diplo tech but still is losing one each month because he has a Moldavia as a march. Went aristocratic first idea group but hasn't put anything in it yet. Could farm his diplo and admin estates meaning he forgot to farm them in 64 (or never did in 44 which is even worse)

### England

It would have been higher but has 2.5k loans! making 11 net (37 gross) a month but it would take like 15 years to pay it all back. Managed to coalition Burgundy meaning he took a bite out of the EC there. Army 14/42 and near max manpower but is safe because of the 20 heavies he has. The same amount as the nr 2-4 combined who are all Asians.
Took the north sea part of Scandinavia but is still allied to Scotland so has to share that.

## B Tier

### Qing

Perfect roleplaying as a horde. Just need pointy sticks and screw the rest. 3/3/6 (can tech everything up but waiting on institutions). Has free expansion into Korea 35 income and 17/46FL and max manpower. For some reason has no dip or mil advisor tough.

### Zhejiang

20/35 FL and out of manpower. Is weak right now but allied with Qing and Ayuthayya. Income at 29. Is going into bankruptcy by the looks of it. Need the life support of his allies for the next couple of years but can bring a serious amount of pain after that.

### Macau

21/34 FL with 26.9 income. The biggest problem is that he too is out of manpower. Currently feasting on Southeast Asia together with Sechuan meaning they have driven Ayutthaya into the Zhejiang-Qinq alliance.

## C tier

### Jaunpur

Purely stats wise its pretty good. 24.5 income. 27/39 FL but 11k manpower in debt. The biggest problem is that it's allied to all his neighbors. All of whom are stronger or at least equals (weakest being Bengal) I also wonder if he is going to try to form Punjab.

### Portugal

Decided not to defend Castille vs Aragon meaning they are going to have a Spain as a neighbor. They are allied with them though and ofc they are going colonialization, made it to the Caribbean decided to go for the native trading policy though which seems odd to me. 18.69 income 16/22 FL. Needs to get some strength under him with CN's

### Papal states

28/28 FL and manpower in the bank. Income of 23. but the problem is that Aragon is going for Genoa (and the pope is giving him the trade), It seems like ottomans are eying up Venice and then there is still Switzerland who might also eye up some of the Venetian node.

### Bengal

Income of 27 is decent and a FL 27/33 is also good. He is out of manpower with the peasant's war ticking meaning he needs to slow down his expansion or have the peasant's war fire. With only Tibet or towards Vijayanagar he needs to slow down anyway. Has the Nepalese provinces he needs as a vassal so once he integrates them he can start working towards forming Nepal. He is really behind on tech tough.

### Otomo

11.3 income, 10/14 FL but is the only human left in Japan and because of that can conquer freely now. tricked the other player into dying to a coalition. 13.3 inflation could be a problem. His time to really shine is now.

### Switzerland

Got 2 provinces out of the war with Burgundy and then went around and attacked Austria taking the gold mine. 19.1 income and a FL of 22/21 and even has some manpower banked. Shares his northern border with Ulm who is his ally but expansion into northern Italy/Austria/France seems like a possibility

### Majapahit

Income of almost 15 19/23 FL but feels slow with conquering Indonesia. Bad tech but that's partly due to institutions.

### Ethiopia

Income is good at 23.3 but 11.5 of that comes from gold which is causing him to have almost 15 inflation. Is finally getting knowledge sharing so hopefully, the tech situation will improve a bit.
FL of 13/35 and 3k manpower debt meaning atm Ethiopia is very weak.
Only road of expansion if towards Egypt (which I doubt the Ottomans will like) or into Yemen both involve fighting the Mamluks who, while weak is still stronger then Ethiopia 1v1.

## D tier

### Transoxiana

Allied with his daddy Timurids and posed to get in a conflict with Muscovy. income is almost 19 ducats with 16/27 FL. Has a decent amount of manpower banked so he definitely could put up a fight if he goes all in.
Allied with Qing although he can only see the capital an nothing else. He would not be able to fight in China if Qinq lights the beacons.

### Ayutthaya

While it looks strong it has only 16 income. For some reason, he is spending 7 of that to convert a 10 dev province. Also, has his army dangerously spread out if rebels pop up now (rebel suppression is very useful). 20/27 FL with a little bit of manpower. Seems poised to fight Sechuan and Macau.

### Teutonic order

Income of 12.47 and about to win vs Sweden. Don't know what they will take tough. If Poland comes knocking he is dead. But so far Poland has left him alone. 20/19 FL and seems poised to grab some northern German land if he can beat either Bohemia (his ally) or Lübeck.

### Sechuan

342 dev but an income of 12.4! This nation seems strong but really isn't. 21/25 FL, a little bit of manpower and good generals though.
He has conquered all of his trade region but it's just so dirt poor that he makes no money from it. His only ally is Macau. Diplo situation seems dire.

### Inca
He conquered most of the AI nations and has a decent income of 15.44. FL of 23/32. About to knock out the reforms.

### Scotland

It doesn't look very impressive, with 9 income and a FL of 15/22. But they have arrived in Canada! Allied with England so should be safe.

### Butua

Shitty tech 5 mil. Allied with Ajuraan who doesn't want the gold I guess. Is getting the renaissance from Kongo so maybe he will catch up then. 30.4 income and 21/28 FL but almost 25 inflation
A lot of rebels about to rise up but luckily they will also have shit tech.

### Milan

Was AI last session and it shows. Didn't expand. Income is 17 and a FL 23/23. The problem is that it seems he has no allies. Which makes him a prime target for everybody

### Songhai

14.3 income and 21/24 FL and 3k manpower in debt. For some reason hasn't taken 2 goldmines from Mali yet but he is nearly done unifying his region so that's something. Tech-wise it's abysmal 2/2/5. Even Qing has better tech and he didn't develop feudalism

### Britanny

Low income of 10.14 and a FL of 12/16 and can only expand into France, although that is rich land so he could improve a lot in a short time.

### Madyas

Income of 9.5 FL of 18/17 but more importantly he has 8 heavies. He can bully people around him navally since he is a pirate.

### Ulm

Income of 6.8 and a FL of 12/12. The only reason it's not lower is that it's allied with its 2 closes human players. So it can have some relative easy expansion in the AI.

## E tier

### Austria

Lost a lot last session. Fought against Burgundy and then got attacked by Switzerland, Hungary, the Pope, and Ottomans. Lost a lot of good lands and is in a very tough spot. Still, emperor which makes him semi-strong but if you look beyond that it's not great. Income of 7.33 and a FL of 35/34

### Holland

Income of 9.67 and a FL of 14/15.
The biggest problem is that England probably wants its land. It needs to find allies to help him but whom? It didn't help that he DC'd just before the big war vs Burgundy.

### Cologne

Income of 8.65 and 13/13 FL. Slowly expanding, maybe too slowly. Has 0 AE with some of his neighbors which is just bad.

### Kongo

Developed the institutions but only has 3 mil tech! Income of 19.6 and 32/34 FL but he would lose almost any battle he fights even from shitty tech 5 Butua troops.

### Carib

The madman jumped to the Caribbean and is colonizing there. Either a good call because of the money or a bad call if the Europeans decide they want the Carribean. An income of 9.65 means he can support 2 colonies at once. Wave to the Portugees passing by on the south btw.

## F tier

### Lubeck
Was AI played the last session. 7.7 income but high inflation. 7/11 and very importantly no strong HRE. Meaning they are in a weak spot if they don't do some good diplo.

### Tunis

9.97 income, so close to 10 but yet so far away. 15/22 FL but seems like they angered the Iberians. I wouldn't be surprised if they are on the chopping block for both Aragon and Portugal. His only hope is if ottomans help him out.

### Aztec

Finished all his reforms and has an income of 7.5. FL of 11/17. He is now trying to unify Mexico before the Europeans show up.

### Ajuraan

Went expansion, his tech isn't bad. Income is bad at 8 with a FL of 16/15 and 5k manpower in debt. Allied with both his neighbors invading Madagascar atm I have no clue how this situation in East Africa is going to work.

### Bohemia

Income of 15.5 and a FL of 15/21. Poland wants his ass tough and even Hungary might come knocking. Nobody that can save him from that. He might keep playing because he is a mad man but it won't survive for long.

### Mamluks

Running away from the Ottomans as fast as they can. A lot of loans and an income of 13.76. FL is 20/25. He is running towards Yemen. We can only hope for him that the ottomans won't chase him there.

### Livonian order

I know that it's a player but hasn't done anything the whole game yet. It only expanded into Gotland. 5.05 income 5/12 FL and 20 war exhaustion. I know that he wants to go to Mexico for memes but that seems very far away.

### Apache

I don't really know what to say. Has a colonist but not using it. Guess he just wants to sit around until somebody kills him?

## Ded tier

### Burgundy

He dead.

### Sweden

He's about to die. Bankruptcy in a couple of months. He made them bleed for it tough.
