# YouTube Project Presentations
## Basic Setup
- EACH team will present.
- EACH team MEMBER will present.
- Each team member will have 3 minutes ONLY to talk about their contribution to the team, followed by a minute for (possible) audience questions.
- Team presentation order will be random, but we'll let you know in advance what teams will be going when, so that you can be sure you're prepared.
- Each team must decide as a team their presentation order within their team.
## Questions You Must Answer
- What did you work on?
- What was your biggest technical challenge?
- How did you overcome it?
- What was your biggest win? (This and the above COULD be the same thing.)
- What did you learn technically?
- What did you learn about collaboration?
## Things To Watch Out For
- It is a GREAT idea to write out your answers to the above questions, but either way, have the questions handy to that you make sure you hit them all.
- You MUST include a technical demo in this, walking through code (NOT the GUI of your app) and explaining what it does
- But the above should be a SHORT technical demo. You have 3 minutes to answer 6 questions... that's 30 seconds an answer, so if your demo goes long, you're NOT going to hit all of the required questions.
- Be ready to present, with whatever you want to show ALREADY up on your screen.
